I appreciate the way SaneLater helps me cut through the low priority emails to what really matters today. It's much more manageable and I feel less overwhelmed by my inbox.

SaneBox saves me a ton of time, injects a lot of efficiency, and creates a structure within my email that is a total game changer. I can highly recommend SaneBox to anyone that “is really busy” as an incredibly valuable tool

Good, occasionally feels a bit demanding

Been using Sanebox for years, it's a real time & stress saver.

Probably all of us have a love-hate relationship with email and receive too many of them to properly cope with on a day-to-day basis. Sane has really assisted me to deal with that load. The algorithm that informs its sorting decisions is precise and I have not experienced a mishap yet such an important email going into the wrong folder. I believe it is good value for money and it has saved me quite a bit of time.

Thanks to SaneBox, I don't waste any time anymore, transferring spam to my trash-box. It's all done for me!

Even with gmail's filtering of promotional and update emails I was still getting pretty overwhelmed and distracted and my non primary folders quickly grew to 1000+ no matter how much I tried to practice inbox 0. Now i am no longer distracted and can process many emails in one go using a digest sent only twice a week. A true productivity booster or the internet age.

I started using SaneBox about 1 month ago. I am thrilled with the SaneBox concept. It is really a productivity tool. First, start with your Email In-Box. Then start moving the Emails that should be in a Black Hole (as in see ya'), SaneLater (not urgent... but later), SaneNews (Newsletters that I will read in a few days), and SaneNo Replies (no replies - Yet). In a very short time, the SaneBox program will figure out what YOU put in each Sane category and the upcoming Emails go there. There are other Sane "categories" - and you pick what you need. SaneBox also provided a handy In-Box Zero Academy course that was very informative. I am sure you will love SaneBox!

It does exactly what it says on the tin: keeps unimportant stuff out of my inbox and makes sure that I see the important stuff. I've been a customer for years and it's worth every penny.

I have been using SaneBox for many years no. As with anything new, I started off small with one email account to see how it worked. Also, was concerned about security implications of having another service process my email for me. Needless to say, everything worked as expected. It truly saves me time as I no longer have to filter through so much mail. I now have 4 email accounts up and running with SaneBox and love it.

Training mailbox behavior is easy. The extra features of alerting you when someone hasn't responded to your email message is handy. While some of those extras are now built into some mobile platforms (hiding a message from your inbox and having it appear later etc.) SaneBox had it first and they are not dependent on an email client. It will behave this way regardless of how you access your email.

Security has never been a concern. I trust them with all my email processing now.

You may wonder "OK, but does this service really work as easy as they say?" Yes, it does. Highly recommend it.

SaneBox is the best life hack I’ve come across in years. I get it - you’re like thinking ‘everyone says that’. Perhaps, but not me, I haven’t written a review on a product, even those I like a lot, ever. So why now? Why am I writing this review? Well - so that I can pay it forward and help you. I was fortunate enough to have someone tell me, actually insist, that I look at SaneBox. So, it’s so liberating that I just have to tell someone.

SaneBox has allowed me to come out from behind my stinking email box and get meaningful work done. It’s the missing piece to David Allen’s GTD.

Sanebox has saved me hours per week, and helps me prioritise. I love the feature of folders that you can drag emails into (3 days, 1 week, 1 month) and then they'll pop back into my inbox in the designated amount of time. Sanebox is trainable, so that over time it will know which folders to send emails too. I especially love the "black hole" feature! Like Followupthen, Sanebox also has a feature that enables you to forward an email to them with a designated date, and then it will pop back into your inbox at that date. What it doesn't seem to do (although I need to play with this a bit more) is send a confirmation email that they will remind you (Followupthen does this). I will continue to use Sanebox. It has made my email inbox (and me) sane again.

SaneBox is an absolute lifesaver! You can manage the deluge of daily emails and the Sane Black Hole is a Godsend! Keep up the great work! Clay Davis-Houston Texas

I discovered SaneBox because it was mentioned in Nir Eyal's wonderful book, Indistractable. I was a little nervous about giving SaneBox access to my inbox, but the artificial intelligence doesn't read my emails -- it just pays attention to which emails I open, which I respond to and it learns which emails I will likely think are important and worthy of reading, as opposed to the dozens of newsletters I receive that can be scanned as a batch. Thanks to SaneBox, the experience of reviewing my emails is relatively chill :-)

IT is the most time- saving email tool YET to be issued. Time is money; if you can let the computer sort,locate different types of email from junk to flagged ,and, have set out what is in the 20% must read category:And let the balance go 'tll you have free time or just would junk it, You would beas stunned as I was by how much unnecessary eyeballing was saved. Sanebox, where have you been my whole life and how did I ever make it without you? Sanebox has taken my lost cause inbox and made it functional again. I save more time, stay on top of follow up items and have finally tamed my inbox. If you are not using Sanebox, you are missing out! Biggest productivity gain of any tool I have ever used period!
