Not even worth one star .. worst quality T-shirts no returns address snd customer service emails bounce back .. go through your credit card company To get a refund definitely a scam company.. don’t put yourself through the stress ..

Still waiting for an item I ordered a month ago. Received an email blaming lack of supply, unable to answer as their email address just comes back as undeliverable. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Will NEVER use this so called company again.

order completed after a month products not in accordance with the order, I would like to write about quality but this word does not match what I received.
There is no possibility of returning via the link on the website - an error window appears, emails are not answered

I ordered some novelty tshirts for Christmas gifts in early November. Money was debited out of my account in record time. Recieved half the order in mid January -poor quality order at least 1size larger than usual and don't be over 5 feet tall otherwise it's a mid-driff shirt Second half arrived almost the end of January and it's some random shirts I never would have ordered. Their email return address is a dead link.

Sanhive is utter scam, unreachable....not recieved what ordered...not even remotely close, the e-mail address they provide doesn`t work at all...mails bounced back by postmaster, password reset not working, site won`t let me log in....even after i registered in August, money down the drain????

Products took for ever to arrive and when they did nothing like what was advertised extremely poor quality
advertised as cotton but definitely not .

They might be ok to wash the dog with but nothing else.

Impossible to contact the company through any means, email address failed and the tracking information is none existing.

Stay away from this company

Avoid at all cost! Bought 2 T-shirts plus postage came to almost £50. They send order confirmation and tracking numbers. All false!! You cannot get thro to them every means of contact leads to Error codes. Customer service doesn’t exist! They occasionally send emails to announce delays of delivery, all of which are false. Save your money. I should have read the reviews first 🤬 they take your money and don’t deliver !!

This appears to be a scam site but it isn’t. I have placed two separate orders now, the second after receiving the first and both orders were fulfilled. They sent me what I ordered. The issue is that it is about the worst online retail website I have ever seen, perhaps intentionally customer service links do not work, customer service inquires end up with web site doesn’t exist responses, tracking is not functional, you literally have to try Facebook where even then they refer you to a site that has no affiliation with Sanhive. The customer rep on Facebook was not helpful and just another avoidance mechanism of customers. So, if you order, at least my own orders were fulfilled, but forget about discussing, tracking, or solving any issues with the order. That’s been my experience, as a result that these other components are also important to me in online retail, I would give 2.5 stars out of 5, but getting the order and not getting scammed gives it a 3.

Missing items in my order. Customer service not available. Avoid buying from them

I did actually receive my item, but needed to return it as it wasn't very good quality. None of their email addresses work, and their Contact Us online form just keeps saying "error" on trying to submit the query.
Also, the day after ordering you get an email telling you that your order is "in your country but is experiencing local delays", then 3 weeks later it arrives from China, having arrived in country 2 days before.

It is a scam website. The service email address doesn't exist. When you try to contact them via the website, it says "service error". They never sent my ordered clothing!

Good product, good service, highly recommended
