Very rude employee at Zwolle Station.
It was not possible to pay by card on the one terminal and I overlooked the red notice printed in white bold letters. The employee then asked me if I am not able to read when it is clearly communicated on the notice that the terminal is defect. She then continued watching youtube video's. I have a big problem with how she treats customers and I find it unprofessional watching youtube in the time that you should be working.

€1 per person for the privilege of fulfilling a basic human need — truly a utopian pricing model. Unfortunately, it’s hard to see where that money goes.
No staff in sight, toilets that look like they’ve been abandoned for days, no paper towels, and overflowing trash bins that add a nice touch to the overall experience.
What exactly are we paying for here? The thrill of uncertainty? The minimalist approach to hygiene? Or the comforting realization that “service” is purely theoretical?
Charging for a basic necessity is one thing — delivering dirty, unmanaged bathrooms for that price is quite another. Sanifair calls this quality. I call it an expensive disappointment.we should all sabotage and just climb in without paying.
