Very bad experience with Eindhoven site
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
Before payment, I was told by customer service that a contractor would visit within one week to provide an on-site quotation. Based on this promise, I made the payment. However, after waiting for two weeks, no one contacted me at all.
I then reached out by email to Sanistunter but received no response. I also called their customer service, and was again told that someone would definitely get back to me within a week. Unfortunately, this never happened.
After waiting for almost a month with no visit, no quotation, and no real communication, I decided to cancel my order. At that point, I was informed that my advance payment would not be refunded because they claimed a “service” had already been provided.
In reality, no service was delivered at all. From my experience, the entire process felt misleading and unprofessional, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this company.

We were happy with Sanistunter Son en Breugel shop and support of Mr. Han to us. I can strongly advice to visit shop for Sanitary material selection.
