Awesome quality watch
Ordered a new release mother of pearl dial watch from the UK Warehouse. Arrived within a week. Beautiful watch, very fine finishing, great fly adjustable clasp and very accurate out of the box. Could have done with a bit more communication from the courier Yodel, but this is my only minor gripe and not San Martins fault. Already looking to buy another one.

Avoid at all costs. Scam site. Item ordered and supposedly dispatched using Yodel in the UK. Yodel have cancelled the delivery twice with no way to contact them or the site.

Disappointed overall and sent the watch…
Disappointed overall and sent the watch back. Waiting for a refund. Shipping choice was poor and tracking made difficult. The bracelet screws are not full screws but microscopic screw heads. I would overlook the above if it wasn't for the awful timekeeping. I've had better experiences with baltany and octopus kraken. This was my last Chinese watch purchase.

At that point money taken and a message in the tracking order telling me the "parcel information was received". Nothing more. No email, no update and concerningly, for two days now no response when try the web chat - told there are agents waiting but not a single reply. And no reply to my email. Nothing. Going to give it 72 hours but it seems this might be a scam. Either that or such poor customer service it might as well be.
Further to my review above I received a phone call from DX. The woman I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and oversaw and ensured the delivery. Still left with the concern that the only way I got through was by using Trust Pilot, but on a positive note they are clearly care and are trying to sort things out for the better.

Amazing quality for the price.
I bought the homage watch to see if I liked it enough to pay up for the real thing. I relied on San Martin's general reputation and the low price, figuring I didn't have much to lose. I was impressed by the speed of delivery, the quality of the watch, and blown away by how accurate it is. I don't feel the need to trade up.

The delivery was prompt. Packaging was beautiful. Tools were great. I have bought 3 watches so far.One was faulty. Definitely running slow.I got no joy trying to get it replaced.I just got instructions to try to remedy problem.The watch was defective and the company should have a replacement policy. I am now reluctant to buy more watches.

ZERO after sales service - avoid at all cost!
I purchased a San Martin SN0121 watch through the Shopee e-commerce platform in August 2024. However, in January 2025, the logo badge on the clasp unexpectedly fell off.
I initially contacted the seller on Shopee to request a resolution but did not receive any response. As a result, I reached out to San Martin directly via their website. They acknowledged my concern and assured me that a replacement would be provided but advised me to coordinate with the Shopee seller.
Following their guidance, I contacted the seller on Shopee once again, but my message was ignored for a second time. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, my issue remains unresolved.

Overall purchase experience
Ordering process, delivery and tracking of the package were effective. Just slightly disappointed that I missed the offer window to get the free extra nato band, but that is not your fault. Also did not expect to receive the watch in the plastic box but in that nice faux leather with a zip that I saw in San Martin watch reviews on YouTube. Overall a pleasant experience and I thank you all for doing a great job and delivering a good product.
