This is my go to place for computer & iPhone repair. I brought my MacBook & 2 iphones. Sadly one of the iPhones was simply not repairable but it’s not their fault at least they tried. Now the other iPhone which I took to appleberry & the famous Dr. Brendans told me they couldn’t do anything so the fact that these guys brought it back to life says a lot .!!!! My MacBook needed a new hard drive & they installed a new one & didn’t charge me a couple hundred like the other shops in manhattan. This little shop is simply the best hands down. Super humble & great people. Highly recommended !!!

I went to San San Computer to have my computer built, as I had purchased all the parts. They were very nice, gave a reasonable price, and helped me when I had some problems with the parts. Highly recommend them for your computer troubles.

I don't really take the time to write reviews but San San Computer deserves 5 stars. Fast, affordable and gets the job done is the quickest way to describe them. I come all the way from uptown Manhattan just to get the best service from San San.

I initially went to San San Computer when my beloved Lenovo X220 crashed. Lenovo technicians could not recover my data. Instead they sent me new operating software. Rather than load the software Lenovo provided, I went to San San. Am so glad I did as San San recovered almost all of my data!
Fast forward a year... I dropped my iPhone and not only cracked the screen, the device was "blipping". San San repaired the phone and it works fine even 2 years later! On the wall of their store hangs many awards and affiliations with computer companies. If you're having a problem with your computer or phone, don't hesitate...go to San San!

I came in to get my battery replaced on my Macbook retina pro. He finished everything within a few days without any problems and it works great. Very knowledgable guy who will give you the best deal and not try to scam you. He even made sure to ask if I went to Apple first to try and get a quote or get it fixed for free (which they didnt provide). He also tried to fix the battery cycles before completely replacing the battery (that would have been cheaper). So he will try his best to give you the best deal/situation. He has very reasonable prices as well.

Please note: the owner and main guy you will deal with speaks english just fine, but one of his workers does not (which is to be expected in Flushing lol). So there was a time when I came in but he was out, and I couldn't converse with the guy working and just had to come back an hour later. And also another time when I called and just had to call back again later. Not a big deal.

The best trifecta of reasonably priced experienced and fast service I don't go anywhere else for my tech issues.

Great, fast service with a broken laptop

My experience was very positive. My 11-year-old IMAC has new life thanks to San San Computer. After having no service at all in the first 10 years, I have now taken my computer in twice in two years with very good results. I feel this establishment is honest--the owner even advised me against spending money on repairs, that I should get a new computer. However, I insisted, and the prices charged me for both repairs I think were very fair. I highly recommend San San Computer if you want honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced service for your computer.

They are nice folks, did a good job repairing the laptop, and did it at a competitive price. Communications and turnaround time could have been a bit better. Overall very satisfied.

The staff looked like they didn’t give a crap when I brought in my thinkpad. $80 and three trips later, the problem still isn’t resolved.
