Very upset grandson

So expensive and only 1 of my grandchildren hit their letter. Have emailed company no response. At a cost of £23 each it’s not cheap this happened last year as well my grandchild’s letter arrived after the new year and his sisters arrived within 4 days of me paying for them. He is only 3 and is so excited about Santa coming to visit him but now he cries when he gets home and sees again NO letter from Santa and now believes that Santa won’t visit him because he wasn’t a good enough little boy. HOW VERY SAD.
THE MONEY THIS SCHEME COSTS ALL LETTERS SHOULD BE TRACKED!!!!
