My order was cancelled and my emails to customer service have gone unanswered.

I ordered a pair of sneakers to ship to France, 195€, 210€ shipping included. I immediatly received an email saying Sante and Wade doesn't ship to Europe anymore and that I will be refunded. A second mail from Shola to say a refund of 195€ will be done within 10 days, I replied asking a full refund, shipping fees included, no reply.. Not the kind of ( lack of ) service and honesty I expected..

Comfortable and very well made shoes. The sandals are so pretty.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to be wide fitting. Only managed to get the loafers on. The mimi pump shoe was definitely not made to accommodate wide feet! So disappointed, as was just the style of shoes I was looking for. Also, as this company is supposed to cater for wide and long feet, surely they should offer different widths, ie: E, EEE and EEEE fittings. These sizes are available from other companies catering for the wide feet community. Also, neither pair of shoes arrived with shoe covers on the sole for trying on, as stated on their website under their return policy. Overall, a big disappointment.

Pleased with the look and quality of the shoes.. due to wear them at a wedding next week so that'll be proof of comfort

Lovely shoes, well packaged and prompt delivery.

This is an excellent retailer. Their communication through out has been outstanding. They have been so helpful in answering questions about their products. The dispatch was immediate, and my refund was issued within a day of me returning the product. This is not often the case with retailers. The shoes that I bought, Sway White trainers, were beautiful trainers, made of high quality thick calf leather. They were extremely high quality. Unfortunately, I suffer with Achilles tendinitis, and they were not quite right for me, but they were A1 quality.If I could have kept them, I would have done.
I highly recommend Sante + Wade for both their stock, and their wonderful customer service.

Wow. HIGHLY impressed! My order was misrouted by the shipper and Sante & Wade IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement package to me that was received BEFORE Christmas!! This is in direct opposition to the exact situation that happened with Farfetch - where they told me they would NOT give me another product nor refund my money. Needless to say I WILL be a loyal Sante & Wade customer and never shop at Farfetch again.

Some things just ooze quality, and these shoes do that. Really impressed with the service and speed. Oh wow the quality is amazing, they're such beautiful leather.

Its gone to the repair shop afyer two days of use!

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and they are the best shoes I have ever had. It is so hard to find the right size shoes at size 46 let alone finding something stylish that actually fit. These shoes have made every day better now for me. The boots are amazing and delivery was quick to the other side of the world. I cannot wait to buy more.
