Terrible service.

Terrible service.
I ordered a chopping board and unfortunately my address as entered incorrectly and was returned to sender. Seller contacted me to ask for full address and email to send me the additional shipping invoice, which I did. This was 3 weeks ago. Still no invoice and still no communication. I have sent multiple messages, called, emails… and still nothing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolutely amazing and quick delivery

Order arrived just after a week from ordering. Absolutely love it looks amazing ordered one of their spicy hoodies as a Christmas present for my boyfriend would definitely order from them again and would recommend to anyone wanting a great personalised hoodie

I recieved a deffective item

I recieved a deffective item, I did send over photographs when first realising the issues.

I was asked to send over secondary photographs (which I intended to do) however I had not yet got round to doing so due to ongoing personal circumstances.

I then raised a case with Klarna to state there was an issue.

Off the back of that I have recieved a very rude & abrupt email from Santina Embroidery.

Now I appreciate some people out there would try & scam companies & say there item has not come etc, I however am not one of those people.

I dont appreciate the rude & unprofessional email I have recieved, I appreciate I was yet to send over second photographs.

I have replied to their email in the same tone I was spoken to.

People should not be running their business with unprofessional & rude employees.

People who run business's should have some understanding & empathy for their customers & not speak down to them.

Disappointing

First of all, I waited 1,5 months for my order to arrive. But I tried to be understanding because custom orders take time. However the items I received look terrible. I do not recommend ordering something custom made from this website since it was very disappointing to me. I ordered the custom car sweaters and they messed up the detailing, coloring and even the headlights looked like a mess and one of them wasn’t even on the car but outside of it like it was floating. I’ve contacted the customer service but they won’t refund me my money back since it was a custom order. I get that an embroidery is not perfect but this just looked messy and they still defended their work as if it looked good. Won’t be ordering here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to order from this website.
