Santoni have refused to accept a return pair of boots that arrived damaged. They refuse to contact DHL to pay the tax or explain to customs that tax is not due on a return of a damaged item. They are totally impossible. The item was returned immediately upon receipt. They are unworn.

Since I am a customer of the company I have not been able to wear any other shoes. The quality of the products is is simply unmatched. Every detail is taken into consideration, the shoes are always perfectly polished and the quality of the leather is superb.
On top of the appeal and comfort, the shoes also last for extremely long time.
The service greatly matches the product. Extremely polite and helpful operators in every instance.

I love their shoes. I didn't know they were all hand made. They are such amazing quality but especially the comfort. They are like slippers. love them. I have to say they're a bit pricey, but I guess thats to be expected all things considered. Plus, I have paid more for shoes that cam to pieces after 1 year.
Santoni is the best maker of Italian shoes out there period. The quality is superb and the comfort level is top shelf.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I ordered two pairs via the official online shop and had to return all of them as they didn't fit. They claim to have received only one pair although DHL has a clean tracking history of the shipment and the delivery to SNATT and FiloBlu, their logistics provider. They provide zero support from customer service, hide behind so called policies, and expect me to pay €695,- for a pair of shoed that I don't have!!!

VERY BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE!! SPECIALLY BARBARA MOSCONI OF SANTONI SHOES AT THE HEAD OFFICE IS UNRELIABLE PERSON!!!
I bought a pair of boots online in October. They arrived and were too small. I called to ask for a size exchange and was told it was not possible to exchange them, I had to buy a new pair and return the other one.
So I did.
I ordered (and paid) for a new pair and sent the original boots back. I had to pay for the shipping myself (!) plus export/import taxes.
So altogether I had spend more than double the price of the already expensive shoes.
So far (Nov. 26) no credit has been issued by Santoni. Countless call an emails to their Customer Service have made no difference. Plenty of apologies but no solution. According to the tracking report the boots I sent are ready for pick up by Santoni since weeks, they have not picked them up and thus no money has been credited.
I just don"t know how to proceed...

I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit and had to send them back and order new ones. The new one arrived but I’m still waiting for the reimbursement for the first pair of shoes. Since they don’t seem to send us the money back (3 month waiting) they actually stole me a pair or shoes. Scandalous never order their shoes please !!!
Extemely bad experience with their customer service. CAN'T CANCEL ORDER!!! REMEMBER!! I placed an order after 11pm, made a phone call 9 am when they started work the next day. They told me that my order cannot be cancel and it's been sent to DHL. Do you bilieve that? They don't sleep? They told me to reject the parcel, when I rejected the item and they received the item, they never issue your cancellation and told you they were waiting for a confirmation from their warehouse. AND their staff---Marco told me that he can lie to me and he dont have the interest to tell me balalala... Therefore I stopped talking with their customer service, so RUDE.
Santoni may offer beautiful shoes, but horrific customer service! I ordered three pairs via the official online shop and had to return all of them as they didn't fit. I had to wait more than one month to get my money back, but unfortunately only for two of the three pairs. Contact with customer service is really laborious as it takes ages until you get an answer. Hope that I will get the refund for the third pair (330 Euro!) in foreseeable future. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
Great shoes , but terrible after sales

Now one of the shoes has a minor problem, and we send a message to customer service (filoblue) which has no understanding from shoes or people , they react like a robot .
Because I was unhappy I told filoblue that their service was terrible, and they complained with the head office Mrs.Barbara Mosconi .
Also, Mrs Mosconi did nt tried to help me, she just told me that there are "SANTONI RULES" and therefore Santoni cannot accept my complaint. It is like Italian government office and not a well known shoe company. This MUST be a reason not to buy their shoes anymore
