Always the best service, got our wedding suits from here and recommended 2 other wedding parties to the shop, all of which have been so happy. Faye is great too. It almost feels wrong to go into another shop for a suit. Thank you all so much!

Always a great experience in the Sheffield store. Have purchased several suits over the years and all are serving me well. The shop may be on the small side but still manage to give the biggest selection of any suit shop in meadowhall.

Was looking for a suit for a mates wedding, this shop was recommended by a friend, couldn't have been better, great selection of suits as well as everything else i needed all in one place, shop assistant (Blondie) was helpful when i couldn't find the right size and also for finding a great shirt ( might go back and get in another colour) Not a big fan of Meadowhall but this was a gem of a find on the upper floor, deffo go there again.

We were not notified the product the product was discontinued yet been in stock online the whole time lies lies lies from this company got all the proof it’s not false accusations Scam they don’t send ur items take ur money and when u contact them they just ignore ur emails I’ll be taking this to trading standards as to ur reply no you never let us know it was discontinued and if that is also the case why can I still go on your site and purchase this suit today and we had to wait 21 days after raising a dispute because we had radio silence from u which was nearly a month after original order 6 emails we sent 1 got reply which said it can take 5-7 days not it wasn’t coming and we only got refund because we raised with kalarna your customer service is disgraceful and highly recommended any one who makes the mistake of ordering here to use a credit or Kalarna or good luck getting ur money we were lucky there

Dear Leanne/ Peter Martin, you were given your money back so your account of “ they take your money and don’t send items” is totally untrue. We now have another supplier where we can source items from therefore items are available depending on our suppliers and our website will reflect this.
As I replied prior to your “ new update” In reply to your review we would like to clarify that after you had paid via klarna we advised you our supplier had discontinued the product in question. However we did unsuccessfully try and source your item from other suppliers as we always like to ensure customer satisfaction, unfortunately we were unable too and your klarna payment was refunded.
We will not be replying to any further fabricated accusations.

Barnsley branch: Used this shop in Alhambra shopping centre, Barnsley.
Bought 5 suits for my recent wedding, from the moment I walked through the door the customer service was 1st class. Throughout the buildup to the wedding communications we're superb and assistance whilst trying on suits was appreciated. Would definitely use this shop again.

I have emailed the customer service email address multiple times , with no response.
I even reached out to one of the stores to ask for help they stated they were not part of the online store but would escalate it to customer services for me, I still have received no replies to me emails and 16 days down the line the company has £212.96 of my money and I have no goods. shocking customer service, there is no number to contact for the online service. Can someone at Santoro Milan please contact me to advice what is going on. A simple reply to state the items I ordered are out of stock or something would be helpful but to receive nothing back is terrible customer service.

we ordered a suit for our wedding . We have ended up asking to change the trousers for a different size ..they have been very understanding and professional an couldn't help us enough new trousers have been sent out very professional . . The suit is excellent quality suit.

I bought a wedding suit and a blue shirt for my partner in January 2023 and I was promised that a month before the wedding they will take care of tailoring or any adjustments needed as it is included in the price.
A month before the wedding we went in
Sheffield Meadowhall Shopping Centre branch from where I bought the things and I was told that tailor is not in the shop to come tomorrow.
The next day I went again and I was told that nothing is included in the price of the suit and shirt I bought only the measurements are free of charge.
I will never buy again and never recommend this shop to anyone.
Let’s not mention the customer service…

Dear Corina, having read your review it is quite clear that you did not understand what was relayed to you by our experienced staff.
We outsource all our tailoring therefore it can not be a free service which is offered in store.
Firstly we do not have a tailor working in store so no staff would have asked you to come back when the tailor was in.
Secondly we have never offered a “ free” tailoring service and do not know of any suit shops who do offer this.
Thirdly we do not offer a “ measuring” service as you stated you had in store.
To clarify our staff are highly competent and have never told anyone that there is a free tailoring service or that we have a tailor on site. It seems from your review that your confusion about what our store does or does not offer is the issue.
We hope this clarifies any confusion you may still have.
