The quality of the jeans as well as the one of tshirts is really high and very comfortable.
Besides, they propose long sizes.
The exchange of the jeans sort was really easy and smooth.
I’ll definitely buy a few more T-shirts and else clothes there!

Swiss customers, be careful.

Their website states that import duties are included in the price, but this was not true in my case. I had to pay substantial additional charges when the items arrived in Switzerland.

Secondly, I made a mistake in my order and immediately contacted them to correct it. They replied later saying it was too late because the package was already on its way. However, several more days passed before the package was actually handed over to the post office. I therefore find it difficult to accept that no correction was possible.

Overall, my experience was negative. The items are okay, but in my opinion not worth the hassle and the bitter aftertaste.

Fantastic products, customer service is really great! I had a little complaint but did not find the receipt. Anyhow they dealt the complaint very fair and generously. That is the way to create returning customers. Thank you.

It’s so hard to find t-shirts in the length I like. I’m happy I found SANVT. It’s of course more expensive than many options out there but I try to support European businesses and the fact that the brand is German and the products are made in Europe still means a lot to me. And the quality matches the price. Multiple times I’ve gotten a compliment for how nicely black my t-shirt is.
I wish that DHL was the standard delivery service as it’s easier to pickup and return. But it’s a minor thing I guess.
