Terrible customer service – avoid
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Sanyako. One pair was uncomfortable and I contacted customer service to request a return and refund. Instead of properly handling my request, they repeatedly referred to their return policy and offered an exchange instead of a refund.
After several messages, they eventually stopped responding completely — essentially ghosting me.
Very disappointing experience. The products may look good, but the customer service and the way they handled a simple return request were unacceptable. I definitely won’t buy from Sanyako again.
