Just returned from an incredible trip to Malaysia and Japan, all thanks to Saphara Travel Group!

Huzaifa was instrumental in helping us choose the right hotels for our budget in both countries, taking into account location, safety, nearby food options, public transport, and proximity to the places we wanted to visit. When our return flight unexpectedly changed, he quickly arranged an extra night's accommodation in Tokyo, making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

The service throughout the trip was excellent. We had smooth check-ins at every hotel, with Huzaifa and the team checking in to make sure everything had gone as planned. They also organised comfortable and reliable airport transfers at every stage of the journey, which made travelling between airports and hotels effortless.

Before we arrived, the team also made us aware of a few quirks at Haneda Airport, including questions we might be asked regarding travel insurance and hotel booking confirmations, so we were fully prepared.

Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saphara Travel Group to anyone looking for a well-organised and stress-free holiday, and we'll definitely be using their services again for our next getaway!

We recently used Saphara Travel for our honeymoon, covering Seychelles and Oman, and it was one of the smoothest, most well organised holidays we’ve ever had. As it was our honeymoon, everything had to be perfect, and thanks to Huzaifa, it genuinely was. We dealt with him throughout, and he took care of everything from A to Z, flights, hotels, transfers, activities, timings, the lot. Nothing was left for us to figure out.

What really stood out was the itinerary. We were given a full day-by-day plan before we even left, so there was no wasted time wondering what to do or where to go next. Every detail had clearly been thought through in advance, right down to how the days flowed into each other.

The real test came when things went wrong with our flights. Etihad ended up cancelling around four of our flights across the trip, which could easily have thrown the whole holiday off course. Instead, Huzaifa and the team were on it almost instantly every time. New flights were sorted or adjustments made without us having to chase anything, and when a schedule change affected one of our days, the itinerary was updated to match, so we never lost time or felt out of the loop.

For something as important as a honeymoon, that level of care made all the difference. We wouldn’t think twice about booking with Saphara again, and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for a properly hassle-free holiday.

The Saphara lads have made holiday planning the most seamless thing ever. We have planned a mini honeymoon last year, and the service was so great that we've gone with them again this year for our main honeymoon!
