I invested 10500.00 CAD on the site

I invested 10500.00 CAD on the site. The site shows that I have a 16400.00 balance in my account but unable to draw any money out of the account. Their withdrawing process does not work when you place your CAD bank account info into their site it tells you to place numbers in the box. Cannot draw any money out or contact anyone to help. When I talked to the support they just refused to give me any advise or instruction. they are very flippant. Scam.
