My only regret is I can't give 0 stars, I paid £39.99 for an evening dress. It arrived , absolutely disgusting piece of cheap material and nothing like the picture advertised. I'm fuming beyond words, avoid at all costs

This company feels like a scam. They took a month to send me my item. The item looked nothing like what the website was showing and the fit was all wrong. When I tried to contact them to sort out a return and a complain I have been ignored repeatedly. Do not use this company

Totally agree with Steph. One of my packages has just arrived after 3 weeks. I opened the package, took one look at the 3 dresses and put them straight back! Quality of material is dreadful! Look nothing like the pictures. Hope it doesnt take as long to get a refund. I wish i had read the reviews first.

Very poor quality item. Returns policy designed to deter involving you paying return shipping costs to Asia.

The reviews don't lie. My 'beautiful' dress looks like something from a 1970s sitcom. Bears no resemblance to the picture, took weeks to arrive and I certainly wouldn't risk it near a naked flame. Lesson learned. Now to hope I can arrange a refund through my payment provider.

This company are advertised as sarah and louise London, I recently ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding beautiful on the picture, I waited 3 weeks for the dresse to come when it arrived it was in the same package as shien or temu,the quality was terrible nothing like the picture the fit was wrong ,the material is same as shien cheap and nasty ,I am waiting for a returns address, no response as of yet ,AVOID THIS SITE AS IT IS A SCAM ,will be contacting trading standards, DO NOT ORDER

Do not order from these nothing like what I’ve ordered said I could keep them when I asked for them to be returned and told me to order something else for the value that was spent not heard anything back when I said I want to return them for a full refund, fuming wish I had read reviews first x

If I could give o stars I would.
Please DON'T WASTE your money. 3 weeks to arrive cheap nasty material, only resemblance to actual dress was the colour. Scam outfit, costs just as much to return.

Advertised as London. The clothes are imported from abroad. Very bad quality nothing like advertised. Took ages to arrive. When I said I
wanted ro return item they offered 25%to keep i said no them they offered me 30% I said no I want a full refund they have not responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!!!!

I ordered an item on the 12th April and payment was debited immediately. It is now the 28th and no sign of any delivery which is strange for something (supposedly) coming from London. The website says they use Royal Mail but the tracking system shows another company and something coming from overseas. I am now trying to cancel the order but I think the company may not be what it seems. There is no address or contact number.
I will have to proceed through my credit card provider (Section 75) but I suggest that this company be avoided.

Poor customer service and slow shipping. When the coat arrived it was very poor quality fit and fabric. I felt really ripped off. Would not use again. Avoid

I'd give no stars of at all possible, I ordered a dress that didn't arrive. I was offered a tracking link to an order that didn't even exist. Avoid avoid avoid!

If i could give no starts i would have. Avoid!!! Cheap fabric and no shape to there clothes, a child coukd do better!
No response after several emaips yo stuff with the garment, scam all tge way pkease dont get drawn in wirh the lovely photos.

When the dresses arrived the sizing was tight I emailed asking for return address no response so I returned to return address on parcel. After twelve emails back and forth they refuse to refund me saying I used wrong return address obviously a scam do not use

absolute scam do not buy! it is nothing to do with the photo on the web page of the lady n son

so bad you would not take to charity
they will not respond to email will not send a returns label asper the web page how these people get away with it I do not know still waiting for label and return instructions

There's nothing good you can say about this company totally false advertising ,nothing is from London it's from china terrible quality,when you ask for a refund ,that tell you then it's come from china and will cost you £40 if you want to send it bk

Sadly I'm another that fell for their convincing advert which was cleverly designed to make us feel they were an upmarket London based company run by honourable middle class people who guaranteed customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately another company spouting hollow words of customer satisfaction and no mention of the con 'returns to china' ...should have read the reviews!!

Same as everyone elses- I was conned. The clothes are cheap (despite claiming upper market/ priced that way). When you received the completely unsatisfactory item you are then expected to pay very expensive shipping fees to send back to get the refund.
