Very poor service
Very poor service. I could not connect my account even though my IG login credentials were correct. Emailed. Replied that they were aware of the problem and were working on a fix. I cancelled for a few days to avoid being charged past my free period. Re subscribed a few days later. Same problem. Setup phone conference to discuss a fix. Was not called. Set up another. Was not called. Emailed that I had been charged and wanted my account to work, someone to call me or my money back. The ONLY content of my reply back was how to cancel. Not a word about wanting to fix the problem, keep my business, phone me, NOTHING. Very bad. They wont last.

Hidden fees and Bad Customer Service
Hidden fees upon starting the "free trial" and if you do not cancel the three day trial after just 24 hours, you are charged for the next subscription cycle. Thus, it is not a three day free trial but a one day free trial with two days thrown in free upon payment for the next cycle.
The product, while not completely ineffective, did next to nothing and is not worth any payment. If you want to grow your page, you're better off just focusing on content creation.

I'd try another instagram bot and not trust them with your credit card
Charged me for a free trial. The bot was pretty spammy so I canceled before the trial ended even. Never got a response and keep getting charged despite canceling twice now.
