I have recently got a Poppy to use for work. It is the perfect size to fit my laptop in and is great quality. I love that I can carry it in different ways and also remove the smaller bag on the front and use it on its own. I will definitely buy again in the future. It arrived a day after ordering and was packaged beautifully.

I contacted the team Monday evening to ask for photos of a specific bag in the sale, not only did I get a response with photos before 9am the next day, Bryony very kindly alerted me to the fact that the bag had been discounted further so I go the bag for £200 which was a super bargain.

I emailed numerous times regarding returning an item as instructed on website. My emails are ignored, also their return policy breaking the law, Consumers rights act, in particular rules about “distance selling” by offering only exchange for sale items.
Spoken to company and they accepted return, have been posted back, waiting for refund. Still they should change their return policy accordingly to correct laws
