Cheap China dress and no refund

Absolutely horrible experience.
Ordered a dress for a wedding 2 months ago only to discover it is a cheap product from China, with horrible quality looking nothing like the picture. Upon sending an email requesting to return the item I received a bunch of robot or AI-generated answers trying to convince me to exchange the dress for another item from the store or receive store credit instead. After finally being able to reach a human, I was asked to “prove with pictures” why the dress does not match expectations. After yet another lengthy email exchange pleading my case, I was finally granted the possibility to return the item but I had to cover the costs of international shipping myself, which accounted to almost 30% of the price of the dress itself. Now, 2 months later, the store claims they never received the dress and still refuse to refund me.

Noproduct and ignoring the customer

I ordered a watch on the 17th of the same year, after which the second watch was entered to the address that I gave exactly, after which with the message that the watch was not given by the wrong address, notified twice in the wrong address, where I live but another. Information that the watch was sent to my address, but on the label there was no apartment number at all, only about three different apartment numbers written on the label and I suppose that someone with strangers took my watch. I send an e-mail, which assures me that an electronic signal was sent, but so far the product has not been received. You will receive a refund, but this store does not receive the money, they only offered to send another watch and so far I have nothing, neither watches nor money. I send e-mails every day and zero response, they ignore me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING IN THIS STORE AND AVOID WITH A WIDE ARCH!!!!

They sell you products made in China. Products are not what you think they look like. After placing an order it’s impossible to contact them.

Als een product niet aan je verwachtingen voldoet, bieden we graag een volledige terugbetaling na retour of 100% winkeltegoed aan—en soms zelfs zonder dat je het product hoeft terug te sturen.

I ordered 2 dresses which quality is…

I ordered 2 dresses which quality is below expectations. I tried to contact CS for return and refound but after 3 emails still no contact from their side. I do not recommend

Edit:I would like add that SaraLara promised full refund, it was 5 days ago, and guess what, they again stoped responding on my questions regarding refund. One big scam!
