Cheap China dress and no refund
Absolutely horrible experience.
Ordered a dress for a wedding 2 months ago only to discover it is a cheap product from China, with horrible quality looking nothing like the picture. Upon sending an email requesting to return the item I received a bunch of robot or AI-generated answers trying to convince me to exchange the dress for another item from the store or receive store credit instead. After finally being able to reach a human, I was asked to “prove with pictures” why the dress does not match expectations. After yet another lengthy email exchange pleading my case, I was finally granted the possibility to return the item but I had to cover the costs of international shipping myself, which accounted to almost 30% of the price of the dress itself. Now, 2 months later, the store claims they never received the dress and still refuse to refund me.
