WARNING FALSE ADVERTISMENT !!! RUNNNNNI wouldn't even give it a star or waste…

I wouldn't even give it a star or waste my time with the lengthy long story of not getting my money back and being denied by the bank for fraud report because the company said I could return the stuff and I didn't. I didn't because I shouldn't have to pay the shipping to return items I did not order!! This companies pictures do not match what they are shipping out. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED!! THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS AT EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES!! WARNING FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

**The products are still wrapped up in bags in my closet, the items are too small also so I can't even wear them even though I measured myself exactly for everything I ordered, I will never be able to sell the items for the prices I paid for them.

Also thier website says they are an Australian company, family owned, but somehow I'm supposed to pay for shipping to return all items to China!!

Extremely poor customer service!!!!

Extremely poor customer service!!!!! I ordered sandals for my 90 year old mother-in-law and was charged on March 23rd. Shipping has had them "stalled" since May 6th - no movement. I will NEVER order from them again. When I went to their refund link, it says "Shop not available" so communication is shut down!

Very unhappy with my purchase

The toilet paper I purchased arrived from China. What I received does not match the photo that the company posted online. The rolls are about 1/5 the size of a normal roll of toilet paper in the EU, the US, or Mexico. In the last two months, the company has changed it's name from saramoretti.com to saramorettistore.com to saramorettistore.co. Perhaps they are doing this in an attempt to outrun their bad reviews.
