This is my second time ordering from Saranghae. I initially chose parcel pickup, but due to delivery issues I wasn’t able to collect it from the selected location.
I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and they were great. They tried to relocate the parcel to another pickup point, but when that didn’t work, they arranged delivery to my home address instead, and I successfully received it.
Very professional service and excellent issue resolution.
