'Impressive' was the term my partner used, when he got home. Other windows had been exchanged or 'restored' in the house disappointingly before, but today our remaining two were done between 10 and half four on a single day, and finished with care.

I was so happy to find a company that could refurbish and double glaze my sashes so I didn't have to install UPVC windows, or pay for new wooden ones. It wasn't particularly the cheaper option, but certainly more eco friendly. The team were super helpful from start to finish and have done a great job. It's hard to believe they are the same windows!

A neighbour had used Sash Window Preservation to double glaze their existing windows and so I got in touch to discuss my own requirements which involved the replacement of original Crittall steel frames with new powder coated units which I supplied and that had to be double glazed and installed into the existing wooden surrounds. The estimator, Rickey, was confident that they could do the job even though it wasn't one they had tackled before. Nick, the fitter, picked up my frames and took them away and kept me posted as we navigated the process of installing the sealed units and the handles which wasn't straightforward. On the day Nick and his colleague Dan came to fit the frames the whole process was very smooth, they were polite, brought brand new dust sheets, cleared up after themselves and kept cheerful throughout despite the scorching heat! Overall I was very impressed with each and every stage of the process from first contact, through the communication regarding the glazing issues faced and the efficiency of Nick & Dan on the day of the install. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sash Window Preservation.

Everything was top notch, from the first meeting and quote with Gary, communication throughout the process, to Jake and Nick being on-site for two days this week.
Jake and Nick were utmost professionals, extremely thorough and very kind. They were also so tidy! I think my floors are more clean now than before they arrived. They answered all of my questions and even helped by putting filler on a shutter my autistic teen had damaged during an episode of extreme behaviour.
Lovely team, great company. I'm a very happy customer

My windows look incredible! The price was the best quote out of 3 firms and all your workers, from the measuring guy to the installation guys, were great! Quite a few of my neighbours on my street have used your services and I’d be happy to recommend you.

We recently had our old sash windows restored and partially replaced, and the result is excellent. The craftsmanship is outstanding — the new windows are beautifully made and blend seamlessly with the originals, preserving the character of the property while significantly improving performance.
Installation was carried out to a very high standard. The team — Adam, Ricky, George, and Gary — were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Attention to detail was evident throughout, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Overall, a very high-quality job from start to finish. Highly recommended.

My first experience with the company was whilst driving through Thetford in a 30mph speed limit near a school at a busy time of day where the van
DL70 KKJ came hammering up behind me and, i do mean hammering. The driver sat on the white line separating the 2 lanes of the single lane carriageway in an attempt to intimidate me. I cannot tell you how close he was to the rear of my car. If I had been silly enough to brake check him, he'd have hit me. In light of this i slowed for the incoming roundabout very gently to avoid this from happening. When we finally got to the A11 north bound, I accelerated away from him sitting in the outside lane in a solid line of traffic. It was a busy friday afternoon. He soon caught me up in lane 1, undertook the car behind me, cut him up and pulled out into lane 2 behind me, again inches from my rear. I decided the best solution was to pull over and let him go. As they drew along side me, the passenger, with the window down, decided to clench his fist at me and call me a c%$t. The driver then swerved infront of me. I usually have a camera running, today I didn't have it in the car. It would have been given to Norfolk Police. Never again will I leave home without it. They then roared away, pulled back out into lane 2 after undertaking another car and basically for them, it was a case of eat sleep rave repeat. Clearly the norm for these 2 to behave and drive like that, way in excess of the 60mph speed limit for a large sprinter type and size van. They showed a complete lack of respect to other road users and the law. Comfortably 90mph or so. All this while driving a company sign written vehicle. Definitely not professional, respectful, mature or intelligent for their age. I personally would not want this company or its staff working in my house. Would YOU. Definitely not good, decent and honest people i could trust. They are a disgrace to the company name and their actions constitute gross misconduct. The vans are most likely tracked and the director must be aware of how his vehicle is being driven. It is his responsibility to monitor his staffs driving and take action should it be necessary. Absolutely shameful, unprofessional conduct.

Nick and his team did a fantastic job refurbishing the sash windows at my mother’s house for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
They look brand new!
