We had a real problem with leaks from our Amdega Conservatory, we had tried several companies and none of them had rectified the problem.
One company, Amdega Conservatory Repairs wanted £400 just to come out and look at the job!
Andy from Sash Windows North West came out and looked at the job very professionally - they had clearly worked on a number of Amdega Conservatories and solved leak issues. We agreed a price and a date to do the work, Andy said it would take 5 days and he came on the date he said he would and finished on the day he said. There were no extras and they were delightful - Andy and his three sons were polite, courteous and very tidy. Unfortunately the leak returned but they cane back the following day to try and remedy the fault, the leak returned several times despite all their efforts. I think they have been back five times and finally have solved the problem - there has been no additional charges just a determination to fix the problem and do a good job. I can't speak more highly of Andy and his boys - they are a credit to their profession and a throw back to when tradesmen used to take a real pride in doing a good job.

Sash Windows North West arrived and finished on time. Kept everything as clean as possible. Tidied up before they left and kept us informed the whole way through what was going on. They were absolutely brilliant.
And the window and door repairs are awesome as well!
They warmed our hearts as well as our home.

We live in an Edwardian property and over the last 6 years Emma, Andrew and the team have refurbished/replaced every wooden window in the house and they all look amazing.

It's been very important for me to ensure that the windows which have been replaced look exactly as they did 110 years ago - and I can't believe how fantastic the house now looks. The finished windows frame the house excellently. All of the rotten cills, and frames were replaced where necessary and the restoration job the team did was perfect. An additional challenge was that nothing in the house was square, so every window had to be fit bespoke - I genuinely couldn't have picked a better team to refurbish the windows. In total we've had 2 large bays, 4 sash windows, 7 windows (which each include 4 casements minimum) and one french door repaired. It was worth every penny.

Communication was excellent - they turned up when expected and on time every morning. Kept everything very clean and are very easy to work with and to have in the house.

I highly recommend Sash Windows North West. They are amazing trades ppl. We've been lucky to have some epic trades restore our house, and I'd place Andy and the team at top.

After having several quotes for a repair and maintenance service as well as possibly fitting secondary glazing I decided to go with a local business as the price was competitive and the customer service from Emma was excellent.

Andrew and Ryan did a great job and have revived the once rotting windows to their former glory! I would recommend them to anyone.

Andrew and Will worked really hard on restoring the timber windows on our Grade 2 listed 1800 property. They should be good for many more years to come.

Over the last few years Andy has renovated most of the original sash windows in our Victorian house and added secondary glazing to them. Recently he and Gareth replaced our bay windows with double glazed frames and repaired the wooden sills. The result looks beautiful and our house is much warmer!
We can rely on the careful and skilful workmanship of Andy and his team, respecting the original quality of the windows and our needs as customers.

I cannot fault the service we received. From the initial telephone call, the friendly and thorough survey and the clear quotation I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. The work on site was equally impressive. Andrew and the team repaired and refurbished 12 Victorian sash windows. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and it is clear that they take a real pride in their job. Any extras that were required (eg areas of rot discovered while the work was underway) were clearly explained and agreed before work was carried out. Unfailingly polite and friendly and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We had Sash Windows NW refurbish 2 sash windows and completely replace 6 old single glazed timber windows.

The new windows look great, completely sympathetic to the look of the property, very smart and hopefully a lot warmer!

The guys who fitted the windows were great, nice and tidy and prompt which is always a bonus.

Altogether we have been very impressed with the product especially at a great price!

Sash windows northwest, refurbished two of my sash windows, and fitted secondary glazing in my Grade 2 listed building. The work was of excellent quality and for a very reasonable price. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. My home was left clean, tidy and much warmer and quieter. I could not have asked for more, and would not hesitate to call on them again, or recommend their services to anyone.
