Unprofessional, Hard Sell Tactics, Unpleasant

A relative in my family bought a new HVAC system from this company - almost $12K in total.

The system came with a service contract but trying to get this company to do basic service without extra hassle is like pulling teeth.

Every technician that comes out plays the hard sell game with extra products and services my family member does not want and does not need. After saying "no, just do the service please", they cannot take a hint and won't shut up. Way too much yapping, asking intrusive questions, and sales tactics - not enough working to just get the required job done.

If someone says they don't want to buy your extra crap, the reason why is none of your business. Move on.
