ZERO STARS. This stupid fake company is a fraud. Everything I ordered was different from the website description … ordered 3 pieces.. the skirt sets looks very cheap and don’t have the pockets NOR the elastic waistband as described. Requesting refund from PayPal because this company offered me $10 refund on $55 outfit or return to China for $30 shipping. Please file a dispute with your bank or PayPal.

Buyer Beware! This company took way more than 12 days and ships from China and after all that my skirt doesn't fit and I bought in a bigger size and the material is way cheaper than what it appears to be. I believe this site has been duplicated. Smh!

My short set was ok I can wear it & it's comfortable,not great quality but ok. however shipping took waaaay too long. They claimed it was from Chicago, not China. However 6weeks is way too long from anywhere.

I order a kimono on May 24th and I still have not recieved item. Site said it would ship inbetween 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks. I emailed customer service number with order number and was told don't worry item will ship. They never provided a tracking number or estimated delivery date. Horrible customer/fake online boutique! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SASSY2.COM

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Awful customer service and the quality of the clothes look nothing like the pictures when they arrived. One item arrived without buttons being sewn on and they refused to give me a full refund. They said I needed to return the item to china and pay for the shipping cost before giving me a full refund. Total rip off. It would have cost me way too much to return the item to China so I accepted a partial refund just so I could get some of my money back. This company should be ashamed of itself. The people working here should consider new employment because they are condoning unethical practices.

Do not order from them they clothing is not what the site is showing l order 2 dresses that turned out to be tops they offered me 10 usd for me spending over 70 usd this site needs to be shut down

I order a "Walk my Way" dress like for the weekends or vacation. Was a little disappointed because the material is thin and it really look different from the pic. I'm going to give it away because sending it back to China will cost me more.

Please don't order from this company, they do a
"bate and switch" with the merchandise. What they advertised is not what I received, and then if you need to return, you have to send back to China which is very expensive. They offered me a $10 refund and asked me to give the clothing item I purchased to a friend. The item is so cheap and poorly made that I would never insult a friend by giving the skirt to them. I will just throw it away. I am so pissed because I usually avoid this type of business. I will be more careful in the future.

If I could give 1/4 star that would be too much. This company has bad business practices in my opinion. They do not disclose that the mdse is coming from China and when you have to rtn it you have to send it back to China for an exorbitant shipping cost! They offered me $60 refund for $320 worth of stuff and told me I can keep the mdse that doesn’t fit or give it away. I want a full refund less US shipping to the NY rtn address on the package I received. That’s all I want and they’ll never have to worry about me again. Send me an RMA for this stuff to be returned to you and I’m good.

I ordered a green cargo skirt from Sassy2, clothing and was very disappointed. The material was of poor quality, the skirt online has a zipper up the front the one I received did not. The sizing is off, I ordered an XL to be on the safe side, but I wear a large. It looks like and fit like a medium. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR POCKBOOK A FAVOR AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM SASSY2.

This is my experience with the clothes I received. They were awful, cheap, and looked nothing like the pictures! Returns to China is costly. USPS $60 or FedEx-$150. I spent $138 was offered $38 to keep and will trash! What you receive will be nothing like the pictures! I should have read the reviews first. You have been WARNED!!!!

Be aware. The size chart is incorrect for full figure women, the fabric is cheap with poor quality. Arrival time to receive the product is ridiculously long. Then upon receiving it after waiting forever the fabric is stretchy and cheap with the word FAITH glued onto the dress. When asked to exchange it for a larger size the representative from the company told me to give it to a friend and they would send me a larger size for $18.99. Another offer was they’d send me a $10 refund. They never offered my full refund. Why???? I didn’t steal it from them. Talk about Customer Service!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Most of the items I received look nothing like the items on the site. Most of the fabric is horrible and sizing is definitely off. When trying to get a refund, I was told to keep and give to friends or family and they will refund me 36 dollars. I paid around 125 for the items. I should have known better with the prices. Never again! Stay away!

Do not order! The items are horrible! The material is so cheap and the colors look terrible. This is such a sham, that items come from China and they are just the cheapest thing you've ever seen. Waste of money

I ordered 2 shirts and the denim cropped overalls. WTH did I order! The items are cheap and the overalls have buttons but the holes are shut like they didn’t finish making the item and the sizing is off. The one star is because I actually received my items.

You better not order. They make any online ordering suspect. The kimono I ordered was like a flag material. Stiff and not as pictured. I took pics but no where to post on this thread

I’m pretty upset with this supposed company. I ordered what I thought was a blue denim cropped jumpsuit that looked cute on the model. I ordered the largest size of 3x as I know these items probably come from China. It’s been over two weeks and my order has never been delivered. I spent $54.00 and apparently I was taken for a fool and my money. I will never order from any of these fraudulent companies again.

VERY DECEIVING -
I placed an order for 2 jumpsuits on April 25. As of May 17, I haven’t received anything. They tell you that you can track your order however, following the transit looks like it came to my city and left from my city and is now someplace else. They also tell you it will ship between 7 to 12 days, also erroneous. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before I placed my order. Don’t let the pretty models and colorful clothing fool you, you may never see these clothes after paying for them.

So very disappointed! Sassy2Closet took far too long to ship. The quality is appalling. Beautiful models, what appears to be beautiful clothing is all a sham. The clothes probably ships from China,which probably explains why it takes so long, the color is not at all like it is being advertised. My daughter ordered this for me to wear on Mother's Day, how about it came the day after. Was duped but Never again!

I ordered a kimono, when I got it, it wasn’t open, meaning I had to pull it over my head, and it is super big! They refused to pay for me to ship it back although they sent me the wrong item, I tried to write a review on their page and they wouldn’t approve it! NEVER AGAIN
