Avoid!!

Avoid!!!
Do not use, absolute waste of money. 1 star is too many!
Ordered a personalised gift, when it arrived the message was not exact to what I had asked for. Capital letters were missed and therefore names were not grammatically correct. This was a christening gift, one which would be kept forever and the name was incorrect.
Contacted the seller and got a very blunt rude response, awful customer service. Told product was as advertised and capital letters were not missing it was the font of writing. Offered £5 as a good will gesture, no offer to replace message for what I had actually asked for. Had to order another item from another site who managed to use the same style font with capital letters.
I also received a used/dirty/unhygienic glove in my package. Their response was they were shocked and would I like to send it back to them. No apology and no offer to pay for postage. Disgraceful.

Overpriced and no consistency

Overpriced for what actually arrives, when it eventually does. To start with I recieved updates when the boxes were being shipped so I knew when to expect them, now its pot luck if they even turn up that month and I've stopped receiving updates. I will not be renewing if I can actually get on the website to cancel. Overall a very disappointing service.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. bought a 6 month subscription for my baby and had two lots of repeated toys. Each month the amount and quality in the box reduced. They even put a note in one that was late to say to contact and receive a £5 credit for it being late and not in a proper box. It’s impossible to contact them. I also tried to contact about the repeated toys with no luck on multiple platforms. Con artists. Avoid at all costs.

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolute con artists. Purchased a set of garden tools engraved for my friends birthday with next day delivery. Order did not turn up. Followed up with NOTH and the seller said the order was returned to the warehouse - apparently couriers don’t leave card anymore.
Contacted NOTH and they kindly paid for the redelivery, again next day delivery £6.95. Again - order does not show up and this time no mention of why.
It’s a shambles and very disappointing. I honestly think they take your money and run. Terrible. Do not risk giving these jokers your money.

AVOID

I ordered a personalised item in February 2021. It is now July. I have chased it via multiple emails and never heard anything back and am still waiting for my item. Now trying to get my money back. AVOID!

TERRIBLE - STEALING MY MONEY

When i subscribed for my first baby in 2018 it was a lovely box with quality items.
however this time ive recieved one box which definitely was not of the same quality items. I cancelled and they have continued to take payments. I have contacted customer services multiple times by multiple methods and had no response what so ever. AVOID

Terrible service

No communication including no order confirmation despite payment being taken. No response from the company for 4 months. Box 1 & 2 were delivered from the 3 month gift subscription however the third box has still not arrived and is now over a month late. Communication has been abysmal. Do not use.

Not recieved boxes- stay clear ,one disappointed little girl!

Even though Iv not cancelled so £80 down and no boxes. Sassy bloom you owe a 2 year old 2 boxes that have been with old, so angry we don’t have that much extra money and this was a treat for her!

Just terrible

Awful contents the same many times when you try and contact someone they take forever to get back to you and that's if they bother to even answer you. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service

Worse subscription I have tryed and TERRIBLE customer service

Had 3 boxes seem to get worse until the most recent one which is just came and very disappointed with every item in there one was a repeat also - I try to contact them but no phone number so had to email - no reply - but looked at there website which says I have to pay to return a box -don’t waste ur money I feel robbed- will be cancelling with my bank
It’s really bad when u have a problem and have to struggle to contact them -

Very disappointing subscription box

Very disappointing subscription box. When you cost up the contents it's not even worth the value of the box £29.95 let alone what they claim that it's at least £40 worth of items. Received too many duplicate items each month and too many bibs, bowls and spoons etc rather than toys for my baby which is the reason I signed up. They sent mis-spelled personalised items and age inappropriate toys. Customer service communication is poor. They take an age to respond if they even bother and then don't follow up on it anyway. Never did receive a replacement. Also noticed that if I try to leave negative feedback on the website it mysteriously doesn't go through. Hmm.

Awful- avoid

Very poor communication. No shipping information sent. Only responded to emails when I started a paypal dispute. I was told my item had been sent but that they would give me a refund as there were no more of this item a available. As of today, the item I wanted to buy is still available on their website. I have emailed to query this but do not expect a response. Dreadful company

Given 3 stars to be fair but pretty…

Given 3 stars to be fair but pretty dissapointed.
Signed up for monthly subscription at £29.95, my little boy is 7 months so got mainly to put things away as presents for Christmas and birthday. Decided to price check all the products as there didn't seem to be as much as I was expecting (had looked online at other customers boxes)
After calculating the total cost of the products, if I had bought everything myself The total cost was £27.17! The box I got was advertised as at least £40 value.
The age range of the products also a dissapointment, most products were labeled at 3m+!
I ordered this so my little boy had more things better suited for his age range without having to stare at products on shelves, not what we got.
I will say the customer service department was very good, took a few days to respond but have apologised and offered an extra product (you have to pay for another box as cancellation takes 31 days) in our final box. I have further emailed to make sure they have fully cancelled
