As with everyone else, I too was scammed. The clothes I received look NOTHING like the pics and videos Sassy2 advertised. They wreaked of a chemical odor and the fabric is cheap! The sizing is off and the items are poorly made. I would never wear them. The dresses I purchased with my hard earned money looks like the housecoats my Nana used to wear. In order to return the items, I would have to ship them back to their "Chinese factory" which would be $75USD and would take 10+ days. The USPS said that they could not locate the address either, so it was a strong possibility that I would be out of the $150 I spent on the "dresses" plus an additional $75 for shipping cost. This is the scam. They know most will not ship back due to the cost, so they just keep your money. I feel helpless and robbed!!! Please let this be a lesson to all. We all need to research company's before investing in their brand even when the models have faces like ours. Don't be fooled by deceptive advertising; Google them and see what the people are saying!! I wish I had!

So, disappointed in the fabric, design, fit, the entire wait, cost, and hype online make my head hurt to think I fell for it. I thought this was a black-owned business.

This is the response I received from this company regarding an item I ordered from them. I took the 10.00 credit and have yet to see it

Sassy2.com is a horrible company. They take photos from other businesses & send poorly made pieces. When I sent an email regarding my purchases they suggested I mail it back to China or keep the pieces and give it them to a friend & they would pay me $10. I have the email & pictures of pieces.

This review is for shopsassygrace.com. This company leads you to believe they are from the USA but actually a company from China. Sizing is way off and clothing cheap. Some clothes don’t even show a size on them. Total scam. Beware!

First of all, I really thought this was a black owe company, but now I see it's not. The shorts I brought to me were at a good price. They were too big and I wanted a smaller size. They discouraged me from returning and in fact told me to keep the item and sell it. I don't have time to resale so I said I would just return to get my full refund. Unfortunately, you have to return the item to China. so not worth it.

They messed (SASSY2) up my order. I purchased 3 different pairs of overalls. They sent me 3 pair but two were the same. I contacted them and they were not trying to make it right. They expected me to return the merchandise to China at no cost to them and they would refund the overall duplicate. Or accept $10 and give one of the duplicates away to a friend; the overalls were $45 and some change each. Not one time did they ever offer to reship the pair that I did not get.

It's always risky ordering directly from the Chinese because you are not guaranteed to be treat fairly, after they get your money. Once they get your money, it's on you. I am strongly urging, do not do business with these people. It's great if product fits and you get what you paid for. But if they mess up your order, to bad for you. I will never do direct business with any of them again, because of Sassy2.

I wish there was 0 stars I ordered bathing suits for a trip in June 2022, I forgot all about them. I bought a house and moved and everything. In March 2023 my old neighbor calls and tells me I have a package at my old house that she is holding. I went to get it and it was the bathing suits!!! No way to return them now. Sizing was off I ordered a 2xl and my daughter who wears a M couldn’t even fit them and the quality is poor!

There are no words to describe these scammers. They’ve stolen content from other IG and Facebook vendors. They send you a subpar replica. I notified the vendors they stole from as well as PayPal Don’t fall for the okie dokie!

I wear L or XL. I ordered 3 blouses in 2XL because they were listed as cotton blend, which shrinks. The quality is extremely poor and the sizing is waaaay off. These blouses might be a M, but are certainly not a 2XL. After 4 back-and-forth emails, I was offered a refund of $19.19 on my $94 order, and 20% off coupon on a future order, plus I pay the postage to return the items. The website is bogus and the Facebook page is nonexistent. Definitely a scam They advertise as an American company, but the package came from China (7 weeks delivery time). Email correspondence is barely understandable. English is obviously not the first language. I am returning the merchandise and Pay Pal is handling it now. NO WAY will order from this company ever again, and you shouldn't either!!

I ordered a pantsuit and dress. The blue for the pantsuit is clearly irregular and appears to be stitched by a goat. The dress looks nothing like the picture and the material is flimsy. I emailed them for return instructions, they told me to return it to China (I pay the postage) for a refund. The postage to return the items is more than half of what I purchased them for! Garbage company!

Will not ever again order from this site, its a scam, the site address is in seattle, package came by way of china, looks nothing like the site. The quality is very poor. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Very very disappointed, not gonna waste my time asking for a refund or store credit, $50 gone. They got me.

Anne was brilliant at project managing our renovation project and also helping me choose and buy furnishings. She was able to source high quality furniture a lot cheaper, saving me time and all the hassle of going to the shops. We sat with a cup of coffee and her catalogues. We are thrilled with the result. Such dishonest. Why item is from China. You have to spend more to send it back than you paid for it. I was under the impression that Sassy was a replica of a good company. I would tell everyone not to waste good money for bad. Crooks! What I paid for was totally different from what I received! I was so horrified that they were such a dishonest company until I realized that they were actually a China company posing as an American company. Deception! Deception! Deception!

When did extremely long time to get my item as said on the website to send an email and you will get a return response in 24 hours did at three times and never got a response. Customer service is zero then when the item came it was a poor quality, the wrong sizing very disappointed in this black entrepreneur lady who is Hocking her items on Facebook stay away from her she’s a fraud.

I would give no stars if that was an option. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I placed an order; after I placed my order I was informed shipping 7-12 days. Those shipping days pasted and no shipping notification. I sent an email regarding my order and this was the reply “We are preparing your items which are so hot saled now” I’m not sure what this has to do with my order I placed. Buyers beware!!!!

Do not order from this company, they are a scam! I ordered an outfit and they sent me whatever they wanted too, and not my original piece. Now to send it back, they are telling me I have to send it back! Mind you, they are in China!
