The site was straightforward and easy to use.

My first time applying the Sassy Saints pre cured salon quality nail wrap. It took me a while but they are holding well despite me doing renovations; I wear gloves!
My only comment will be that I have more nails which require about the same size and going to a smaller size was just too small to stretch.

Nail wraps are beautiful designs & great value for money. I was disappointed with how long they lasted but after support from an agent they are sending replacement wraps so I can try again & hopefully next review will be 5 star. Great customer service & speedy response & support.

Once I placed my order, I received regular updates on the progress of my parcel. It was shipped very quickly and I received it via a courier without any hassles. I am excited to try out the product.

I applied my first set 2 days ago and they’re driving me crazy. The application process was more difficult than other wraps I’ve used and within an hour of applying them they shrank in all directions by a couple of mm. They do not harden or cure so the surface always feels a bit cushiony and sticky.
I ended up applying a clear coat of polish about 6 hours later to help with this.
On day 2 and the tips are lifting on my index and middle fingers just from normal day to day activity. I can’t imagine washing by dishes or washing my hair without impact.
I was able to cancel the subscription pretty easily so that’s good.
Prior to trying them out I’d read some people were getting unexpected surprise sets in the same colours, so I tried to choose different colours and change the subscription frequency. I was able to adjust the frequency easily, but the interface to review the colours was really small was unpleasant to navigate.

Overall, I didn’t have any issue with the company or cancelling the subscription but the product just doesn’t compare to other wraps I’ve tried.

There is a learning curve to applying them efficiently. It takes me 30 minutes to complete with the trimming and filing. They look amazing and are protecting my nails while I grow out some splits. I get lots of compliments on them. I work a lot with my hands and they last 7 - 10 days for me, which I am happy with. They stay smooth glossy the whole time!

The product itself was disappointing. In my experience, it didn’t stay securely attached for more than two days, and the material is so soft that it’s difficult to file neatly to match the shape of your natural nails without making a mark.
What was even more frustrating was discovering that my purchase had enrolled me in a monthly subscription that couldn’t be cancelled immediately. Instead, I had to wait for a second package to arrive, then follow a cumbersome returns process to cancel. On top of that, I had to pay the return postage for a product I never wanted to receive.
Overall, it felt like a waste of time and an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I would recommend looking at other companies offering similar products with more transparent subscription terms and a fairer cancellation process. Avoid.

Nails stay on for maybe a week max, less than other brands.

They also very sneakily sign you up for a subscription every month when you sign up which is incredibly unclear - BEWARE! I had £38 wrongly taken from me and even after returning it 4 weeks ago still haven’t seen my refund. DO NOT USE!!!

My sister actually asked me where I got them done. She didn’t believe I did it myself at first. Had to show her up close. That was kinda funny

I have seen so many advertisements for this company’s products and really wanted to try them but did not want a subscription, so I emailed them explaining that I really just wanted to try them. I received a lovely email from their customer service department which shows that they do read messages and was supplied with a link to place an order without the subscription!! Perfect… so ive placed my order so now wail and see!!!!

The product is great but I do not appreciate the fact that you have signed me up for a subscription without making that explicit. It took me about 10 minutes just to figure out how to cancel it.

Product is good - easy to use. Staff helpful and responsive in sorting out a missing item in the order.

Scam - you don’t realise that you’ve signed up for subscription.
The nails don’t stay on - they lift off - yes I followed instructions.
Do not buy!

I’m pleasantly surprised but these gel wraps. Using an online tutorial and listening to the useful tips, it was so easy and quick to apply. I have short nails and am using it to help grow my nails. All videos I have found are for longer nails but this is just as good for shorter nails! It’s been a week and I’ve done lots of dishes, washing my hair and swimming in the sea and they’re still in perfect condition.
I’ve got 3 other styles that I look forward to using and I’ll definitely be repurchasing.
