They put a low price on their web and…

They put a low price on their web and when you buy online ticket, the payment is not successful. When you contact the agency staff, they say the price is high.They are not reliable.

Fraudulent behaviour – Wrong tickets, no refund, and threats over the phone

I wish I could give them zero stars.

Beware their positive reviews appear to be fake and posted by staff themselves.

We booked family flight tickets worth £1,825.46 from Birmingham to Lahore with Sastiflight (Easy Travel & Tours Ltd). Shockingly, they issued a reservation from London to Lahore, not what we paid for.

When we called, a staff member told us to either pay an extra £100 for the flights from Birmingham or GET a refund. We chose the refund as their website and their attitude looked dodgy. On 14th July, they claimed the refund had been processed, but we still have not received any money.

We have sent them multiple emails asking for refund proof like the ARN number or payment reference, and received no reply. Over the phone, they say the refund is done, but they never sent any proof. Instead, they told us to send a bank statement, which we did – and again, no response.

In initial email, they confirmed they received the payment. Then later, they deny it. They have lied repeatedly, ignored our emails, and never issued any e-ticket.

To make it worse, staff have now started to threaten over the phone and they use Urdu language to threaten and asked me not to post anything on Trustpilot. They even said it usually take 3 months to process a refund, clearly hoping customers would give up or go through the card company or courts.

Their behaviour has been dishonest, unprofessional, and distressing. They have ruined our family’s holiday, caused financial stress, and failed to act with any integrity.

We have now had no choice but to dispute the payment through the bank and prepare for legal action.

Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I could give them zero stars.

They have asked me to update them with my e-ticket details when they never replied to my emails. They did not send e-tickets and still did not refund the amount. Sastiflight team always tell lies over the phone and use Urdu language and they threat customers. I sent them a number of emails and instead of replying to my emails, they are asking me to share e-ticket details here when they had never sent any e-ticket and not refunding £1825.46. Please check your emails and refund the amount and stop telling lies.

At the time of booking, customers select their own travel dates and departure city on our website. Once payment is processed, tickets are issued automatically based on the selected information. If there was an issue with your departure city, it should have been raised immediately after receiving your e-ticket confirmation.

Sastiflight.com operates in partnership with several travel providers and is monitored by over 65 live airline systems. We do not manually alter booking details after the customer confirms and pays.

Regarding your refund, we can only process cancellations or refunds according to the airline's fare rules and timelines. Refunds may take one several weeks depending on the airline’s process and the payment method used.

We have not issued any threats to any customer. Our staff are trained to remain professional at all times. If you feel someone has behaved inappropriately, we request you to provide the name of the agent and time of the call, so we can investigate this matter fully.

Avoid Sastiflight at All Costs

Avoid Sastiflight at All Costs – Scam Operation

Our friends had a terrible experience with Sastiflight, which appears to be a scam company operated by Kiran Ali and Umar. After purchasing tickets through their website, not only did they not receive the correct e-tickets, but the ones they eventually sent turned out to be only reservation email and did not send correct eticket. Despite repeated attempts to contact them for clarification or a refund, they completely ignored their emails and did not refund the amount.

My friends lost around £2000 with Sastiflight due to their refusal to respond and they spoiled their holiday plan. They never respond to emails and threaten on the phone and do not pay the refund. It became clear from their threatening behaviour that this was not a one-off mistake but part of a fraudulent pattern. They are now being forced to pursue legal action against them to recover our money.

Do not trust this company. Based on our experience, Sastiflight is not legitimate, and the individuals running it—Kiran Ali, Zari and Umar—should be held accountable for their actions. Please avoid this website and use reputable travel agencies when booking your flight.
It is very disappointing to see that Sastiflight fraud team is flagging the reviews. We are happy to share all the details of fraud committed by the Sastiflight team with the Trustpilot team. Our friend had posted the review who suffered significant losses and his review had been flagged and Sastiflight team still denied any booking with that team.

I recently had the opportunity to travell through sastiflight flight, an overall i had a really good experience with the company, their services are really satisfying, their staff listened to my query and made sure to give me best possible options within my budget. Their fares are actually very low as compared to the market. Highly recommended💯
