The Satago staff are very helpful and easy to get hold of. The loan process was simple and the costs were clear prior to taking out the loan. The possibility to see the credit risk of our customers was also a useful benefit.

The service that Satago has provided us has been second to none, especially Omar, his patience, customer service & professionalism was great throughout.

The platform is also great & interfaces perfectly with Xero & our business.

Satago are not only a brilliant service but a delight to deal with. Invoice financing now has a human face.

We were very sceptical to appoint a new IF company as we had been burnt by a previous factoring company who just hiked up their fees once we signed and stopped communicating and eventually went bust!!

So, before we seriously considered Satago, we put them through their paces. We must have called and emailed over 100 different questions and challenged numerous times, their rates, fees, processes etc and guess what … They never flustered, always answered promptly and there was no catch.

After 2 week of discussions - It was time to sign - Delay to get to this signing stage was on our side - We were still hesitant as we had been here before with the other company. However in life you can't keep looking backwards otherwise you never move forward….so we signed !!

And what a pleasure it has been! Not only is the platform very easy to use, our account Manager Omar has been phenomenal. He came through on everything he said he would do and continues to deliver today. He is supported exceptionaly well by his director in the business who even takes the time to call and support our business.

In summary, (if you are like us) a real small business, Satago is the partner of choice to have in your corner - Satago made cashflow into our business seamless and supported by a great platform and great personnel, they will keep your business moving forward.

Our company is very pleased with Satago, we've submitted a few invoices already and funds we're available within 24hrs. Its exactly as described on their website. Very impressed with the service provided by our account manager Omar Bux, highly recommend.

A fantastic service to open the tap on funds with a 'pay as you go' service. Very efficient and a great usable platform that can also credit check companies with ease. Omar and the team cannot be more helpful, keep up the great work!

My experience was that I changed the operating systems of my company and spent money adhering to the Satago process, we went through the entire process registering and being approved , their system suggested that money was available to draw down then at the eleventh hour they withdrew their involvement with my company

Every is in sync, straightforward and always on hand to help if there are any problems.

have had no problems with invoice finance used it a couple of times had problems getting the customer to pay to the account they give you, so i paid them direct as soon as got paid they penalise you for this .. yes hold it against you for paying them back lol... now if you are not twelve months or over in trading again they won't be able to help you ... the girls are great i have had plenty of help in the past from them but Rob i think is the risk guy he's not very customer good has a system take him out of the system he gets a bit lost one day the system will fail and we will all have to use our own thoughts and gut feelings again then rob i think you will be out of a job!! along with thousands of others. other than that when it does work it really is a good service the charges are fair and it gives you great freedom to run your business but in my case they gave it to me i used it paid them back every time they join up with someone then take it back off you so be sure you have all the right credentials before giving your time to get set up cos you will only get a email from rob saying can no do not even a courtesy call just a email saying we can to get past our system lol.

This add on to Xero is wonderful and easy to use.

I've been using Satago through my bookkeeping practice for a client's credit control, and the statements and reminders have really sped up the collection process. Queries are being resolved so much more quickly as the customers reply to the reminders, and payments have increased within a matter of weeks. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a good credit control system.

I have used the Satago service for a few months now. It provides an extremely professional and responsive service. Very useful for quickly calculating late payment fees, as well as the extremely useful instant finance option. No hesitation recommending Satago to others..

I haven't found another system that's quite as good as Satago. It's easy to use, the interface looks nice, and it just works!

Have set this up for a couple of clients and they love it. Able to log details of conversations at invoice or client level. Being able to link customers to a legal entity with a credit rating opens the doors to being able to access finance on individual invoices...

My marketing agency is a busy place and we had built up a very large debtor book over the years since we were just too busy doing work rather than collecting debts. Once we integrated Satago with Xero we were genuinely shocked at the amazing transformation of our debtors into cash. A very grateful and satisfied customer!

I could be really picky and find some utterly minor niggles, but really there is no reason why you should not be using Satago.

Ok so we/I connected with Satago paid version as a xero addon over a year a go.
For me the slick interface and automatic email reminders added another dimension to our small business accounts systems. Quite frankly Satago just works. We send out automatic reminders through satago and instantly get responses from our aged debtors.
In fact Im much more likely to print off our satago aged debtors list rather than our xero equivalent when chasing for payment.
As for the invoice factoring service I'm not sure yet as we do not currently need that service. Im sure though that when we do we would utilise this without reservation.
