I am so angry. Do not use this company. I should have looked at the reviews. I purchased a jumper which bore no resemblance to the advertised one. Flaws, numerous loose threads, ill fitting, very poor quality. They say no refund because of the discount but the item is faulty and has no labels. I paid by American Express and have asked them to dispute it. The company needs naming and shaming and closing down.
I ordered 2 pairs of trousers. They are terrible quality, too small (I am a 12 and ordered a large) and too short. Nothing like the pictures. I applied to send them back and they responded that will not give a refund due to the discounted price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!
I have been scammed by this company. I ordered a dress which did not fit or look right when it arrived. I asked to return the item for a refund and (after several emails from Satiny trying to fob me off with offers of future discounts etc), they sent me the return address. It cost me almost half the amount of the dress to return it to an address in France (not London). After chasing my refund (over a month later) they finally acknowledged they had received the package but I still have not received my refund. It has now cost me the price of a dress which I returned plus the postage to France. They won’t even answer my emails now. I will not buy anything online in future unless I can pay for it through PayPal. At least they would have refunded me and dealt with Satiny. This is obviously why Satiny don’t use PayPal. They are a big con! Don’t buy anything from them you’ll be out of pocket. I am so angry with myself for not checking out the reviews on this company beforehand.
