I had my car booked in with Staisfy Detailing for a Stage 1 & Stage 2 machine polish, wheel refurbishment, interior steam/leather cleaning, and to investigate an electrical issue with the tailgate.

The turnaround was incredibly quick — everything was completed within around 24 hours — and the results genuinely exceeded expectations. The machine polish brought out an amazing deep “wet shine” look in the paint, and the car now looks far newer than its age. Since getting it back, I’ve had complete strangers compliment the shine and cosmetic condition of the car. It has genuinely become a head turner again.

I also appreciated the care they took with the engine bay detailing and the extra effort they put into helping diagnose and solve the tailgate electronic issue, which went beyond just cosmetic detailing work.

Big thanks to Robbie and his young crew — receptive staff, skilled detailers, competent mechanics, and great customer service throughout. Highly recommended.

I had my Focus RS polished today at Satisfy Detailing and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish on the paintwork is incredible – the car looks fantastic. You can really see the level of skill and attention to detail that went into the work.

What stood out just as much as the quality of the detailing was the service from the team. Martin was amazing and even kindly picked me up from the station, which was hugely appreciated. It’s those little things that show how much they care about their customers.

Rob and the rest of the guys were fantastic too – friendly, knowledgeable and clearly genuine car enthusiasts who take pride in what they do.

Overall it was a brilliant experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Satisfy Detailing to anyone who wants their car treated properly..

Rob and the team were absolutely fantastic. I went in after someone keyed my car across several panels. Rob painted one side and also did a ceramic coating — the car still hasn’t been washed after four weeks and still looks brand new!

He did a great job on the interior too, and my kids loved the mats. A neighbour even congratulated me on my “new car” 😂

Thanks for accommodating all the last-minute requests and fitting the steering wheel, wing mirror, and caps as well. I know the mirror was a pain, but the team went above and beyond, reconstructing it using the original housing after I ordered the wrong part.

5 stars x 2 i have a picanto after Rob and the guy's finished it felt like a Rolls Royce could not be more happy. I would recommend to anyone. Friendly, polite, tidy. This is my second time of using them

Took my car to them for a full inside and out when I got the car back they didn’t even touch the roof lining and was still dirty they focused on the bottom half to much to even notice the dirty roof would not recommend them also there place is dirty so soon as you get back inside your car and drive out it’s already dirty I would not call them professionals what so ever

Really friendly professional guys and made my very dirty car look brand new. I will definitely be using these guys in the future and can recommend the gold package.

Was recommended to satisfy and have to say they provided a first class service and fantastic eye for detail, went for the full detailing package and would happily do it again. A great company to deal!

I will keep it short and sweet. I have my car regularly maintained by these overall a faultless service. They have only ever been late once in a year and i was well informed before hand.
