Great service from Satnav card and very helpful

Excellent help in getting the right product

Nice clean purchase, bit surprised that there was no install advise or options should there have been problems.
There wasn't fortunately.
Would have made the perchase more user friendly. Kind regards

Communication was great..made a choice,couple of days arrived but unfortunately not working..claimed my money back with 3 emails but never got any answer…waste of my £50…never again use this company

I was looking through reviews for a new sat nav card for my car. This company kept popping up with great customer service. I wasn't sure which one would be correct for my car. I emailed and got a reply back very quickly. The company had sent photos of what car system I had and told me the one I needed. So I ordered one up. A great purchase and a great price compared to other companies. So this is why I gave a top review. I would happily recommend.

Fast delivery with an update for a tracking code for 2014 Ford Focus SD card. Communication and support after delivery was fantastic.

Wasn’t sure about what SD card I got for my satnav Email them rapid response told me which one I needed brilliant service we highly recommend used the sat nav the other day was brilliant.

Customer service was very good in ensuring that I bought the correct version of the item. Dispatch was prompt and receipt in good time. Company kept me up to date with status of my purchase until it arrived.

Useful functional addition. Not used abroad so cannot comment further.

The online messaging was very helpful in helping me purchase the correct satnav card. I was initially worried when I inserted the sd card as an error message came up. I waited for about 20 seconds before it was read and the system started to update. Since then it’s worked very well - have been to Bruges and back.

I received my order and everything working perfect thank you.

My husband finally inserted this yesterday, after I told him what it was for, he thought it was for his new phone. It works perfectly thank you, he was pleased when he received this as a Christmas gift.
