Bought the navi card for our Abarth 124 Spider. Works sometimes but other times the system just restarts itself over and over and over again.

Item easy to order and appears to be of good quality. Arrived well packed and in a reasonable time, if I have a complaint it is that there could have been better communication from the seller as I was not sure if the order had been received and delivery date was not communicated. Would I use this seller again? yes.

Very disappointed my supposedly new SD card with 2021/22 maps didn’t use the new roads that were available since my original sat nav was installed in my car. This happened both in Aberdeen and Glasgow

Terrible, terrible company to deal with. Card purchased and vehicle details emailed to them as they asked for. Sent a card that didn't work. Returned card at my expense. Second card came and worked, but was not a 2021 card that we ordered. Was an out of date card from 2017.
Issued dispute with paypal to get a refund.
Customer service is shocking. Poor response on email. Phone line does not connect.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered an update for my car navigation. The SD-card was sended in an enveloppe. DHL made it a parcel and asked an extra €32 for customs! I declined to pay at first, but my wife payed by mistake when they offered the enveloppe at our doorstep.
Sat Nav respondend to my complains by sending a second SD-card, but used the same procedure again! Of course this time i refused to pay and collect the pakage. I can reclaim the money if NavSat sends me the right documents. The didn't till now...

I have had to *** the offensive words to comply with Trustpilots guidelines!

I ordered an update SD card for a recently acquired used car. The T&Cs made it quite clear that, due to the ease of copying, it would be my loss if I'd ordered the wrong card. However, Sat Nav Direct emailed me and asked me to confirm the model and year of my car and send a photo of the satnav unit to ensure that what I'd ordered was the correct item. I did as requested. The SD card arrived two days later and loaded without issues.

Outdated map (2016), sold as 2020

easy to use website to to find the required products, Products arrived before the expected date.

I have just received my replacement chip for my Volkswagen Passat 2013.

The first chip was the wrong one and I repeated the order. I have now received another chip which again gives me an error message.
What is going on?????

The chip I have received is not the one referred to in your advice, but is a Bosch Chip by TomTom.
Please either provide me with the correct chip or refund my money AGAIN!.

First card did not work and a replacement was promptly sent out.

SD Cards do not commu icate with in car system. The supplier comms are virtually non existance. Tried to get in touch with supplier but no joy. No contact via phone either.
Overall my experience has been a bad one

I never got sent the product, took my money sent me nothing. I emailed and emailed, no response, no refund, absolute jokers

Bought mercedes benz sd card and it said it had traffic information. after unlocking and installing it tells me it doesn't and to speak to mercedes.

Ordered an SD card for my Mazda. Very quick to arrive, but didn't work. I emailed support team and received a kind response very promptly. New card arrived within a couple of days and works well.
