I’m still waiting on my sad card, emailed and was told it was sent on 10/10/22 and should receive within 3-5 working days. I’m very annoyed I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered😡😡

After 2 weeks still nothing received
After almost 2 weeks still nothing received. It's a joke. Then I received email that I'm bad Polish guy.This is hate crime and will be reported to the police. This company is discriminating customers. I received offensive emails from them "Get the f....k are her in f....ing Poland".

I implore you to avoid - SHOP ELSEWHERE
I implore you to avoid this company at all cost. I'm sure if the product had arrived as described there would have been no problems however this was not the case. Whether this was on purpose or not, I wouldn't like to comment. I received a blank SD card. I contacted the company (2x phone calls and 10+ emails) to inform them of the issue and was simply told I was wrong and that I had bought the wrong one. I have photographs of the blank media but this did nothing to persuade the company of the issue. This went on for over a week with them not budging despite my evidence. I therefore returned the product at my cost. Thankfully I was given a full refund however I am still out of pocket for the return postage. This is in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 however this information also fell on deaf ears. Clearly I am upset, but this is not due to being out of pocket for a few pounds but more the downright arrogance, insults and ignorance of the company to take my complaint seriously or legally.
Once again - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
