I give them 1 star because I recently opened an account and won a little money. Once I surpassed the withdrawal threshold for SOLANA I requested a withdrawal. I haven't received my money and the policy states that withdrawals and deposits are instant. Now customer service is telling me that it takes 12-48 for some service team to review my account before my withdrawal can be processed. Not thrilled here in Plano, Tx. Hopefully I will get my money soon!
