This is how this site will SCAM you. You pay for visa to Saudi kingdom then they will tell you you will get it in 1 or 2 days.So you wait after 6 days no visa.then you travel to Saudi, and in border they ill check in their side and say that you have no visa app submitted.so you get visa direct in border. But when you cantact this bogus site they will say your visa app is refused.and Saudis are will not refund a money.Stay AWAY from this site.

Their website is aimed at misleading you and service fees are not clearly stated. The service fee costs more than the actual visa which can be applied for directly on the Saudi Immigration website and costs half the price. They do nothing that you can’t do and charge a mandatory insurance cost for the visa. STAY AWAY. Please report to Saudi Immigration and Dubai authorities to have them blacklisted if you have been a victim.

These people are fraud and scammers and steal the money from people without providing any services. They scammed me but I got my money back by disputing through bank but now they are threating me to refund the money otherwise create troubles in your visit or next time visa issuance. Please report these guys and ban them forever.

This is a fraudulent company that misled the customer on Google and robbed the money. Don't believe this company. I select umrah visa and they issue with tourist visa what they are saying is the same. So make sure you don't put your feet in the fraud.

I submitted a Saudi visa application and paid on February 8th through this website, based on their promise that processing would take 48 to 72 hours. After that period passed, I received no meaningful updates. I contacted their support multiple times, but they gave vague excuses and did not provide any progress. On February 12th, I escalated this to my bank, and they advised me to gather evidence. After waiting the bank’s required period, on February 25th, I contacted them again, and they successfully refunded my money. I want to warn others: this company manipulates timelines, provides evasive responses, and does not deliver as advertised. Please avoid them and apply only through official Saudi government channels.

Saudisevisa.com is a fake website. They are fraudsters. Their fees are very high, and they do not process your visa. We had tickets booked, but they did not provide any updates. They did not even reply to our emails. They appear to be based somewhere in Dubai and are completely fraudulent. Never trust them. We missed our flight because of them.

This is really a scam avoid it as much as you can

I thought it was an official Saudi government website as you can see from their name , they forced me to buy insurance, I have my own work insurance but I thought maybe that was a new Saudi government policy to issue a visa, I paid in total $343 I am due to travel today but I have no visa. They say track your visa to sound genuine but it asks for my application reference which’s not provided at all , it has an id number which I tried but it doesn’t work.

They are simply scammers based in UAE

Please please speak to the Saudis and complain to the authorities to blacklist them and probably block them in the country they operate from.

SCAM. DO NOT PAY. DO NOT TRUST. WE HAVE REORTED THIS WEBSITE TO GOOGLE TO REMOVE / BLOCK. ADVISE YOUR BANK ABOUT THE FRAUD AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE TO HOPEFULLY RETRIEVE FUNDS IF PAID USING A CREDIT CARD.

I paid £165 to saudisevisa.com / Visits Visa for a Saudi visa application service. More than three weeks later, my application still shows as “in process,” even though I obtained a visa on arrival in Saudi within minutes and for less than half the fee I paid. When I asked for a refund, the only reply I received was a vague promise to update me soon — and then nothing.

I also found that the email address on their website does not work, as it bounced back and there’s no valid contact phone number. The only contact that was reachable was the confirmation email after payment, which hasn’t led to any resolution. I even asked at immigration whether they could see a pending application under my passport, and they were not aware of any such application submitted on my behalf.

Based on my experience and the lack of transparency or service delivery, this service appears to be fraudulent or at least extremely unreliable. I would strongly caution anyone from using this site and recommend applying directly via the official Saudi eVisa portal instead (MOFA). I will also be taking further legal steps against this fraud company (PSK Tourism LLC (DED License 1241159) and reporting this matter to authorities.

I paid Saudisevisa for a Saudi visa (Application No. 20251215152852ArGMep41nr). They promised confirmation in 3 days. It’s been over a week, and I have received nothing — no visa, no MOFA reference, no proof of payment.

This service is a complete scam. Do not give them your money. Verify your visa through official Saudi MOFA channels only.
