Andrei was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Also, much better priced than others on the market with what we needed in stock at the busiest time of the year. I have no hesitation in recommending This company for all sauna products.
His advise was excellent.All I had to do was give him the dimensions of the room,
He then advised me of how much timber and all material I needed to complete the room.
All communication was informative and 1st Class.
Delivery was very reasonable and fast as we live in the West coast of Scotland.He operates with a great software package which allows you to track your sauna Delivery.
We now have a beautiful sauna.

The wood has a lovely natural woody scent that I think is going to be lovely in the sauna. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing sauna products.

A brilliant company. I can't recommend them strongly enough .. I bought from Sauna Timber on two occasions, firstly a window and vapour barrier, and secondly timber for benchs, a vent cover and other accessories. .
On both occasions I spoke directly with the owner who gave direct, straightforward information and was unbelievably helpful and informative.
The goods where of excellent quality and the delivery was rapid. In the case of the timber I ordered it on a Wednesday and was called the following afternoon to be told it would be delivered in person bt the owner that evening. I live in southern Scotland and the company is based in East Anglia! .. Incredible!

Quite simply the quality of the products and the service from Andrei cannot be faulted - the man is an inspiration - so much so that he is making me look a lot closer at our own customer service levels.

No thickness dimensions on the pop-down menu and and unless you scroll down to near the bottom of the page (initially off-screen) you don't see any other options than 15mm thick boards. The 11mm boards are the last 3 on the page. I asked the company why there was no thickness listed on the pop-down menu and there was a big sigh over the phone and told it would be "too much information".
What???? I immediately wondered if the man sighed because he's heard this complaint before? The 'solution' he gave me was to spend a further £50, in total, in postage/packing for me to get the right thickness. This was twice the price of the goods. No thanks. Seriously not impressed with their customer service. I found them unhelpful and the sighing rude. I would NEVER use them again.
