We ordered our SaunaBox in December of 2024. We received it, only to find that when opening the package, the sauna shield was torn. They immediately responded to ship a new one. Well, 3 weeks later it shipped and 4 weeks later we got it. After receiving it, we then realized our lid was broken. The three prongs to seal the lid, one snapped causing steam to escape. We again, put in a request for a new lid. After 6 separate emails, asking where is it, they finally responded and scheduled one to ship. Well, here we are March 1st and it still has not shipped. I have emailed them over 15 times requesting a refund for this faulty product and probably the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They have an automated response and then say they will send the ticket to someone who can help. Yeah, no one helps, nor responds. Beware of this TERRIBLE product, but even worse the customer service or lack there of. We would NEVER suggest this company. A mistake was made, and we will be taking this to the next level.

Steam generator broke 8 months into use. They did warranty (took 2 months to replace).
Overall product is great.
Customer service is a hot mess. Extremely unorganized and that’s if you even get a response.
Experience will be good if you don’t have to use customer service.

I am loving my Saunabox bundle. Both the sauna and plunge add great value to my everyday health journey. I never thought I would look forward to sitting in frigid water. But here I am ….

The first one broke after 50 days, but they replaced it. Now the new one works well, stays hot and feels great. I hope this one lasts for months.

Saunabox is highly effective. Heats up in about 15 minutes (we store ours in the garage, starting temperatures are lower in there). Fits two people pretty well without feeling cramped. We always sleep better at night and it has been a huge help in recovering sore muscles.

Horrible customer service. They do not return emails. Says it is Bluetooth enabled but it's not.

I’m really pleased with my Sauna Box Go. It works well and produces great heat. It’s well made and feels like it will last a long time. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to get the Bluetooth connection the app to work and there are no instructions online. Customer service hasn’t responded with any help either.

Absolutely love the SaunaBox. Easy setup, great design, and powerful HEAT!! I love the feeling after a deep sweat in the SaunaBox! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into the home sauna space at a reasonable low cost!

Bought a SaunaBox. Chair broke 2nd use. Steam Generator broke after first month. Send several emails with pictures. Contacted customer by phone got put on hold and no one ever got back on phone to follow through. See several others with same issue there's no way the should still be aloud to sell this junk

I Suffer from Knee pain after 4 ACL Surgeries. I have noticed that after using Sauna Box for 3 weeks my knee pain is gone. Feel Great. Love your Product

Whole thing is cheap and flimsy. Didn’t have original parts. Had to wait two weeks to get correct parts. Complicated setup.

I wish I didn’t buy and I wish I could get a refund. Bummer.

This product is better than I imagined the steam it put out is amazing and yes I sweated the calories

I ordered my SaunaBox in Dec 2024 but never received it. I only received the aromatherapy but have no sauna to use it in. Totally disappointed. Requested a refund.

The Sauna works great, the product is truly quality, and the customer service puts the customer first.

Very satisfied overall. Only hiccup is that it takes longer than the advertised 15 minutes to heat up, I'm finding it takes closer to 25 minutes to get to full heat. Then, since you can only set it to go for an hour then that limits the time I can spend. Our sauna is set up in an unheated basement in the Pacific Northwest.

We bought the sauna around Christmas used it a handful of times and the machine/heater stopped working. Still trying to figure out what to do. Wait for customer service to respond. Originally gave one star but since my post the company sent a replacement. Hopefully this one will work longer.
