David Drimmel is the real deal, folks. He listened to what I was needing and wanting and then gave excellent recommendations which I believed were benefiting me more than David making a sale. Yes, my Outdoor 5 was backordered when I first contacted David last summer, but he worked with me every step of the way and was a very calming influence. I love my outdoor 5. It was -17 Fahrenheit last night with a windchill of -38. I look out my glass wall into the woods and feel great. The outdoor 5 heats right up! I will be a more joyful, healthier person because of David and all of his help with my sauna. Thank you, David!

Quite possibly the best purchase experience I’ve ever had quite honestly. He was attentive, listened to my concerns, and I can tell he is genuinely interested in my health concerns rather than sales. You will be cared for at healevations, and in fact, feel so much so, that I’ve recommended them to multiple people that I know and have ran across whom are experienced health issues. You won’t regret working with them. Additionally, It you have any inquiries after your purchases, they are prompt in response and show just as much attention to any concerns/questions you may have after the purchase. I have researched saunas for a few months, talked to a couple of companies with pushy sales tactics. I have decided on Clearlight before I called Healevations but not the model - Premier or Sanctuary. I was being pushed to buy Sanctuary and the tremendous benefits of the full spectrum from a different dealer, but wasn't completely convinced. So it was pleasant to talk to Eric at Healevations, who did not push me and just answered my questions. I made my decision and ordered Premier IS-3 the same day. Even though the sauna was supposed to arrive 3-4 weeks later, Eric found one in stock and got it to me in 10 days. We love our sauna, use it almost everyday.
