Delivered exactly on time and exactly where I wanted it.

This sauna is great! It has exceeded all of our expectations. It is built solid with tight tolerances. The whole buying process was flawless. It gets “hotter” than we anticipated, which is a huge bonus. We purchased the 6 person Monaco. We’d recommend this model to anyone interested. Customer service has been top notch.

The website was very easy to navigate, but the biggest difference was the quick help by phone from Eric. I had loads of questions and he answered them all, including finding which heater was the best for us. I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable enough to purchase without the ability to have those multiple conversations. Thank you, Eric!

Eric and John were amazing to work with. They were extremely accommodating, helped me choose the right equipment, and patiently adjusted the setup multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Jessica is an excellent listener, great communicator, and overall just a nice person to chat with. She helped me gain the information and product I was seeking. The complication with my order is due to me adding things to the order and trying to squeak in the change before the order is processed for shipping. All of my interactions with Nordica Sauna customer service representatives have been helpful, efficient, and appreciated.

The carrier was able to help me get the package into the garage. The box on top of the pallet was pretty torn up but all the items inside were intact. Regarding the pallet materials, with the exception of one piece of wood which had some minor damage, the wood was in good shape.

John was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing my sauna and heater combo. He knows the products very well and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I'm excited for the delivery of the sauna!

I spoke to John, and he made the process quick and smooth. He answered all my questions and knew the products and features very well. We were able to figure out logistics and all the details over a quick phone call.

Product - as described. Communication w. - manufacturer/supplier 10/10, w. broker 9/10. In summary - a perfect experience w. the main entities- the manufacturer and its broker. My kind recommendation to both of them is to replace the local (western WA state) shipping company as incompetent and malevolent that caused issues for all of us. Important to add that in dealing w. the local shipping issues - both the manufacturer and their broker mitigated the best solution promptly & professionally.

I am still trying to set this thing up. Your instructions, assembly, lack of customer service is a big concern. Now my heater is not working because of a safety switch. It was never packed with. I gotta tell you, the actual sauna is really beautiful putting it together in pieces is a complete and utter disappointment.

Customer service reached out to me to make sure I was aware my order would be arriving later in the month and if I was still ok with that. I also inquired about something else regardung my order and they said they would look into it, which they did and notified me of the update. Very helpful and I appreciate it!

They were immediately responsive to my questions. After the order was placed, the shipping was very fast. When the shipping company didn't reach out to arrange delivery, Nordica contacted them on my behalf to inquire. I would definitely order from them again.

Jessica was extremely patient, informative, kind, punctual, and professional. She did an outstanding job walking us through all options. Hands down best customer service.
