AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Awful behaviour from this company, they traded as Klafs Technical in the UK - they took a £7k deposit from me and then conveniently disappeared and reappeared a month later with a different name. Although I've tried and tried I've never had my deposit back.
I'm updating this (July 2025) as Klafs are now trying to have this honest review removed.
Been chasing them in UK & Germany but still no further.
Be warned - Klafs will not honour their agreements.

Appalling - Avoid at all costs
Appalling. Avoid at all costs. I bought a Klafs Steam Room (£50,000) and a Sauna (£43,000) from a reseller that then went bust. The MD of Klafs in Germany said they had made the Sauna but had no deposit so wanted the whole amount again, so I bought elsewhere for <50% of the price. Controller for the steam room failed within 9 months and they would not replace it. Buy from ANYWHERE ELSE but AVOID KLAFS at all costs.
