I ordered 5 top class perfumes on October 16th. They confirmed the order but said there was a problem with their courier. The order was to be sent within 5 days. Needless to say and despite 12 e mails no goods or requested refund has materialised.
Avoid this company and if you have already paid get your bank or paying agency involved.

I ordered 5 authentic designer perfumes (Dior Homme Intense, Creed Aventus, Bleu de Chanel, Sauvage, Armani Code – 100ml each). Instead, I was sent three cheap fake 50ml knockoffs labeled Jean Miss Homme, BLUE De JEAN MISS, and HOMME JEANMISS.

This is outright fraud – the products are counterfeit, the sizes are wrong, and they don’t match what I paid for. On top of that, the perfumes smell awful and are clearly fake.

This company is a cheat, dishonest, and a scam operation. They take your money, send you worthless junk, and hope you stay quiet.

Five perfume deal at 100mls is misleading. Received only three perfumes at 50mls each. Send email to state my dissatisfaction but got no reply. Do not order perfumes from Sauvorini.

I placed an order (#2371) for a Combination of 5 women’s perfumes on their website. They advertised delivery within 4–7 business days, but it has been much longer and I have never received my order.

I paid $139 AUD (proof attached), and after payment, I only received an order confirmation email. Since then, there has been no delivery, no updates, and no customer support response.

This website takes your money and does not send the products they promise. Please don’t fall into the same trap – this is a scam site.

Scammers!!!!! The Trustpilot reviews on their website is self generated and one cannot place feedback on this. I’ve ordered 5 top brand men’s perfume and received 3 very small unknown / unbranded bottles of what I can call at best “shit”! Their after sales service bounces you off to another company who doesn’t respond and the email addresses they provide is non - existent. Buyer, PLEASE be warned. Don’t buy from this immoral, dishonest company. I would have given them a -5 if I could.

If I can put with the minus, I would do it. Firstly, the order took a very long time to arrive, almost a month.Secondly, I received a completely different product than I ordered. I ordered a set of five perfumes: one of three perfumes, and then a set of three for man. Each was supposed to be 100 ml. Instead, I received a Chinese knockoff, each a 30 ml bottle, plus the wrong perfume bottles, and just set of 3,3,3. I think the perfume sold in Padland will last longer than women's perfumes, which have absolutely no scent at all. I paid almost £200 for this. It wasn't worth it. It was a waste of money. I will never buy from this website again.

They failed to deliver the goods that were ordered. Then they failed to assist in my enquiries through their “customer service” link. Just avoid them at all cost. They pedal lies and more lies. If I could give a zero I would.

Stay away! Thanks to Google, I found Noval Sols They solved my problem with the withdrawal and treated me kindly. Their service was fast, professional and very helpful.
