I recently purchased a few items. They came on time, they fit great, and eventually my clumsiness broke off one of my bracelets. They got back to me really fast to help me replace it.

I placed my order on January 8th and still have not received it. I only received a shipping confirmation email about three days ago, and according to the tracking information, the parcel has not yet been picked up by the carrier.

This experience is very disappointing. It also appears that SAVA Amsterdam operates a typical dropshipping model, with products shipped from China, which would explain the unusually long delivery time. This was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Although, I am usually leery about ordering from an ad, this experience was very smooth, the product is very good for the price, and I received the product in a short amount of time.

I Bought a Sava ring & chain set which looked nice & was satisfactory, unfortunately the chains were too small. Followed the Sava return process. Amsterdam customs took a while to clear but after 2weeks I finally got a refund. Make sure you track your package.

Very sceptical when i see online jewellery stores, had a really positive experience. Love the items, i've bought a few pieces from them.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the necklaces I bought and how effortlessly I can fit them with my outfit, at work, but also at night-outs.

When I had to contact the customer service (got in touch with Khreen from the customer service department) about a mistake that was made in my order, they responded within one day, helping me out easily and efficiently to replace the item.

I was really amazed on how it looks so great. The quality looks amazing and elegant. Will definitely buy some more again.

1 star is probably a little overrated. Worst shipping I have ever seen. Even temu has better shipping. Customer service non existent. The quality of the products were OK, not something you can't find somewhere else. The only excellent part about this company, is their advertising department... I would stay away of this company. Far away...

1 star as can’t give zero. This is most likely a scam. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I had to reach out to them to have any updates and all updates and promises I received so far are not making my order arrive.
They won’t even assign it to the delivery company assigned at time of order.
I keep on being given excuses for delays.
I suspected this would be scam like as soon as I saw that one of the mystery items that comes with your order is an automated £10 on your next order pop up. That’s not a gift.. that’s a marketing mechanism.
Truly would never recommend this to anyone. Horrible

Fast delivery, great prices and Supurb quality

Zero stars. This company is a scam. Do not purchase! I placed an order 26 days ago, which still has not arrived nor does the shipment company have it. I’ve requested my refund three times and it has been denied. Do not purchase!

Company’s website was very easy to navigate and the checkout was seamless.
Products were packaged well in attractive boxes with all pertinent details included.
Response to questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

I made an order of 2 bracelets and a necklace and accidentally clicked on another item when I wanted a necklace. One of the staff (Khreen) was very helpful with helping me with this issue and very reliable. The order was amazing with the size being perfect and the quality being above my expectations. Highly recommend to buy from Sava!!

I got two chains for my boyfriend and he loves them! Unfortunately one of them broke but the customer service was kind enough to replace it for free. Overall great experience, such a kind and friendly team.
