Worst customer support
I had a wrong item picked up by the delivery executive, there was no response to my calls - I lost the money and have a pants that doesn’t fit me.
Moreover there was no customer support from Savana despite multiple emails and calls.
I had emailed multiple times to support@savana and grievanceofficer.india@savana but never got any reply.
