Savant (Poorly run) Training Academy with Zero communication skills
So I seen a post on Instagram offering FREE government funding training for a IA-CP programme. Like most people I applied as it was advertised as free and government funded.
Fast forward 24 hours and I receive a what’s app message from 07766 231354 with 12 deleted messages and than a prefilled spam message consisting of 2 voicemails….. 1 about the pricing which isn’t free it’s actually financed by yourself through Student Finance England and part College funded totaling over £6000 and 2 about if your happy with this then how to commence further.
So naturally I messaged stating it was advertised as free although being government funded to which the response received from them on chat was…. Your enquiry has been omitted as you do not appear to be astute enough to do a course of this level 🤣🤣🤣
If you are trying to apply for courses at Savant Training Academy be prepared for an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating onboarding process. They actively direct potential applicants to use WhatsApp to inquire about course dates, funding and eligibility but their communication is shockingly poor.
Expect long periods of complete silence, unread messages or being completely ghosted after submitting your initial information. For an academy that claims to specialize in high-level operations and professional training their basic customer service and applicant communication are a massive red flag.
If you are trying to coordinate time off work, accommodation or government funding loans look elsewhere. A company that cannot manage its own inbox cannot be trusted to smoothly manage a multi-week residential training program.
Save yourself the stress and find a training provider that actually values your time.
