Dear [Casino Support / Compliance Team],
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent suspension of my account and the confiscation of both my deposits and winnings.
On [9/12/25], I deposited a total of 4,000 PLN into my account. Through gameplay, my balance increased to 16,211 PLN. However, my account has since been suspended, and all funds have been removed.
The reason given was a chargeback. I would like to clarify the situation:
I did not intentionally initiate any chargeback against your website.
My bank flagged certain transactions as suspicious because your payment system uses descriptors that appear unrelated or unusual. This triggered an automatic chargeback request.
As soon as I became aware, I declined and cancelled the request. I never received any refund from that process, and my deposit remained with your platform.
I fully understand that chargebacks can negatively affect merchants. However, in this case, I acted in good faith and resolved the issue promptly. Despite this, you have still removed both my deposit and winnings, which is unfair and disproportionate.
If my balance is not reinstated or a refund is not provided, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by submitting a formal report to your licensing authority and relevant consumer protection bodies.
I sincerely hope we can resolve this directly and amicably without escalation. Please review my case urgently and reinstate my funds.

In the past I would say this site was good paid out right away, then I decided I needed a break and wasn’t paying attention and did self exclusion forever my kid bumped my arm, couldn’t figure out how to fix it and assumed my account had been closed so thinking it was closes I made a new account and won withdrew 2 $400.00 payment and I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks and being told they might confiscate my winnings due to having 2 accounts.
