A transformative branding experience
I first met Pia in a workshop and, honestly, I had no intention of hiring anyone at that point. I simply wanted to learn more about personal branding and how to express mine more clearly. But something shifted the moment I heard her speak. I felt deeply aligned with her energy, her clarity and the way she explained everything. It all made so much sense to me that I immediately visualised myself working with her. It felt like the next right step.
Working on my personal brand with Pia has been more than a branding project. It has been a personal journey. Through her questions and the in-depth questionnaire she gave me, I had to reflect on things I had never stopped to think about: how I want people to remember me, what I truly want to express, what I don’t, how I want to be perceived, and what my brand really stands for. It became a very meaningful process, one I took seriously and with intention.
It took more months than I expected, but in the best possible way. It was exactly the time I needed to put my project in order, redefine my direction and gain clarity about how I want to show up in my work.
Pia also supported me on the practical side. I had almost no experience with Canva, and she created beautiful templates for my brand. But instead of leaving me with them and saying “good luck,” she prepared a personalised mini-tutorial just for me, so I could really learn how to use everything in my everyday content. I’m very active on social media, so understanding how to apply the branding to make my Instagram feed reflect who I am, what I do and what my values are was incredibly helpful. It’s already helping me connect more deeply with the audience and niche I want to serve.
What I appreciate most is knowing that this is not the end. My brand is personal, and it will evolve as I evolve. I feel I will keep coming back to Pia as my business grows, whether it’s for small adjustments or new phases of expansion. I trust her guidance, and I know she will continue to be part of this journey.
When I started in 2025, I felt a bit lost. I had an idea of what I wanted, but not the clarity or structure to bring it to life. Working on my branding with Pia gave me direction. Now I’m stepping into 2026 with clarity, focus and a strong sense of who I am and who I want to help.
