Fast battery drain on one WF-1000XM4 earbud

I had the classic fast battery drain on one earbud on Sony WF-1000XM4s. From 100 to zero in ten minutes. Sent off to Leo on the Friday and received back Sunday. Battery replaced and the earbud works perfectly. I did a lot of research and he appears to be one of the few that offers this service. Very happy indeed.

Really great service

Really fast replacement of batteries in my faulty Sony WF-1000 XM4a headphones. Sent to SaveMyDevice on a Monday and returned by Thursday. Working perfectly and fixed a fraction of Sony customer service. Would definitely use again.

Great service! Good as new after repair

I have a pair of Sony earphones that were experiencing battery drain. Sony quoted me a price close to RRP so thought to send them to Savemydevice. Best decision I made as they were returned very quickly and they're good as new now. Highly recommend.

I can't honestly thank Leo enough

I can't honestly thank Leo enough. Long story short, my On/Off button on my Garmin failed so I sent it off to savemydevice and it was repaired and returned really quickly. However the repair wasn't what I was expecting and so i had a conversation with Leo and told him my concern. He then took my device back and sorted my issue with absolutely no fuss what so ever. Top service. 1000% happy with the service and would use again.

Garmin screen repair.

I sent my Garmin bike computer for the screen repair. It was repaired and returned in the time given. Communication with Leo was first class. Highly recommended, excellent service.

I thought my device was beyond repair …

I didn’t have much hope my item was repairable but within 24 hrs of receipt Leo informed he had it all fixed and he posted it back to me super quick . I can definitely recommend and will keep his details on file for future use .

Sony XM4 Earbuds Repair

Sent in my Sony XM4 earbuds for a battery replacement becIse it got to the point where they would only last 30mins on a full charge, I didn't even know this kind of service existed so I was a little surprised.

Anyway I sent them off day 1, received by save my device on day 2, repaired on day 3 and delivered back to me on day 4.

The earphones are good as new in terms of battery life as far as I've been able to tell and to think I was on the brink of spending £250 for a pair of new ones!

Amazing service, couldn't be happier with both the service & the repair.
