Luke the appalling shop assistant
The poor young lad on the till was working hard and doing his best(5 stars).Luke on the other hand was rude,lazy and clearly shouldn’t be working near customers.He literally pushed past customers to top up till stands.Not once did he say excuse me or thank you.He should have jumped on the till to help with the queues,but no too lazy.This isn’t the first time either.Another girl was standing by the door handing out baskets,fair enough if no queues but pointless if the shop is busy.These two literally need a reality check.
